Kept getting phone calls from Time Warner Special Promotions Dept even after I told them they had the wrong number, I was on the federal do not call list, and to cease calling me.

I believe the person who oversees this dept is Mr. Walker in Wisconsin.  Call him at (414)908-2069.  Then call the office of the president at (212)364-8200 and file a complaint.

If you call and tell them that you are on a cell phone, and it is using your minutes, they WILL stop calling it.

If you tell them that you are on a cell phone, and the call is using your "minutes" they WILL stop calling you.
I think the whole point is that by their call costing you money, they can be fined.

Asking this company to remove you from their callint list is like stepping out infront of a train going 60 MPH & yelling "DON"T HIT ME!".  WHat do you think will happen.  I've asked them multiple times month after month to be removed & they will not remove you from their calling list, I've even asked them twice in person!
Just got the phone call a few mins ago from 877-864-6344 their fast talking person said this was a marketing call & to call them back at 614-481-5320.

I've listed them as a prank caller because they are a fool to keep calling when asked over & over to quit calling unless there's a problem with the account.

i am on the 'do not call' registry. additionally, i have requested that they stop calling me. my phones are all registered, all should have the service implemented. it has been done more than 3 months ago but less than one year. who are these imbeciles?

yeah, do not call list exists, but is NOT enforced in any way. my father has NEVER had a credit card but a company calls him 5-7 times a day to "clear up" his credit. He has reported them to the do not call list for the last year, called the police, contacted his congressman, been told it's a scam.....& the phone company cant block it cuz they scramble their number!!

this number calls me every day & hangs up before the phone even rings!!!!!!!

doesn't work.....I asked a year ago, & 6mos ago! I even blocked them!

called at 8:45PM and didn't leave a voicemail.  i currently have time warner and am totally annoyed.

That is simply not true companies are levied heavy fines fine each violation, and big penalties for big violators.  

I think you misunderstand how do not call works, as many people do, as it does not apply ONLY if you have an existing relationship with that person you are calling then the do not call list doesn't apply for 6-18 months. Severe penalties otherwise.

I wanted the unwanted calls to my home number stopped immediately!  They are a nusiance and if they continue I will take my business to another company!

Called me THREE times today on my cell. First two times & didnt say anything & hung up on me. Third time, I didnt answer.  Wish they would either SAY something or stop calling!

These guys have been calling me repeatedly for the past week. While I am a TWC customer for internet, bills are paid.  I'm on the Do Not Call registry as well. It gets frustrating when you see a whole series of calls from this number. Glad I looked it up. Thanks, everyone for posting this.

I am getting a million calls from this number that I don't want. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST so this should be against the law

I have received five calls from this number since October. Three of the calls were in the last two weeks. I don't answer because it comes up as no name.
I have received calls from Time Warner before as I've been a customer for years,but that was not the number they used.  
If it is Time Warner why don't they have the common sense and decency to let their name show and why don't they leave a message!  What kind of company does business by hiding!

The post that said they called trying to get them to get the Time Warner bundle with home phone. we got one of those but I'm sure it said Time Warner or I wouldn't have answered.  I said we had no interest in having a home phone - we all have cell phones.  The person who was calling acted like I was crazy and couldn't seem to understand why anyone wouldn't want a home phone.

This number call me everyday, and when I pick it up about 2ens they hang it up.

They answered when called back, said they were time warner cable and I may have inquired about services. Said it may have been automatic. My number was associated with an old defunct account (not my account) asked them to not call any more, we will see.

Time Warner Cable, they call at various times (last one was last night at 8:15pm).  Whenever I answer they hang up, this has happened a dozen times in the past week.

getting 5+ calls/day from this number. Called twc and had the number associated with my account to the number of the local police dept. Problem sloved.
