Yes i keep receiving calls from this #.. no message is left, so i didnt have any idea who this was until i looked up the #.

I recieved the call from 877-864-6344 at first i didin't hear anything and then someone said hello and offered me RoadRunner for 29.95 for 6 months but when i called TWC they said they had no such deal

Yes, 2-3 times per day, no one ever responds to my answering the call.  I just called Time Warner Cable's Sales Department to report this inconvenience.  They removed my number from this list and placed a "Do Not Call" notation on my account.  You might want to try this.

Very annoying people. If this Is Slime Warner What the heck are they doing calling DO NOT CALL numbers. And why are they making such an effort to be such a pain in the butt.

I call the number back and a recording says it is Time Warner Cable Special Promotions Department. It says please hold for an available rep but after sitting on hold and listening to jazzy piano music for a while the line disconnects. I called Time Warner Cable's customer service line and told them about it and the noted the info in my account history but they had no idea what it was all about. It all seems a bit fishy to me.

I am under the no call list -- this number keeps calling me and never leaves a message. I want it stopped. If it is Time Warner, of which I am a cable customer, they should leave a message if it's pertinent to my account.

Keep getting this number on caller ID for my cell phone. When I answer no one talks but sometimes I get background noise of people talking or laughing. ANNOYING! If this is Time Warner I'm going to drop them as soon as I move to an area that allows other cable providers!

These [***] somehow found a friend of mine's # and are now calling them. I have no [***] clue clue since i don't feel out any survey and even if i did, I'd use my #.

Call the police and report them for harassment

I have been able to get through and teell them how sick I am of them calling. I told them to place my name on their "Do not call" list. They stated OK. I got the call the next day, I called back and a rude woman named deshawna (sp?) said "I'll put your number on the list". But when I asked her what number she had for me, she hung up. I called back again and (miraculously) got the same girl. I asked her why she hung up on me. She had no answer. Then I asked her what phone number she showed. She gave me the correct number. I then informed her that if they called back, they would be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Unfortunately, that is not true. Since I do have Time Warner cable, they have the right to contact me. Sigh...

I called directly to Time Warner customer service unit.  Though they show I am on the National Do Not Call  Registry, there is an internal "promotional" unit to which they have now added my name onto a "promotional do not call list."

I am a customer of Time Warner.  I called Time Warner's Customer Service unit,   Though their records show I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, they have now put my name into their own "Promotional Do Not Call List."  I think this will solve the harassing phone calls.  The gentleman I dealt with at T.W. was pleasant .

Every day this week about the same time this number popped up on my caller ID.  I did not answer for I do not know the number and they have not left a message.

I have received a number of unwanted calls from this number. They don't leave a message. Stop them please.

I get 16 calls a day from this number.  I've told them to stop and they will not.

I've been getting these too.  Thing is, I usually have a few minutes when they call, so I let them give their current sales pitch.  Then I ask a few questions.  I keep THEM on the phone as long as possible.  When I've strung them along long enough, I tell them; "No thanks.  I'm betting you are paid by the number of calls you make. I just wanted to keep you on the phone to reduce your number of calls.  Have a nice day."  Yes, I send back the business reply envelopes stuffed with other junk mail too.  Costs them the postage and helps the post office.
