i got multiple times from this number wtihout leaving a message. I really hate this number showed on my cell phone display. what am i supposed to do to let them stop calling me????

After 3 or 4 calls, I finally answered and after saying hello 4 times, I got a telemarketer for Time Warner trying to sell me digital phone. I explained to the guy 1- I only use my cellphone(which they called) and 2- I dont live in Ohio anymore. You think they would know I dont have any TW services anymore. This guy was yawning, sounded bored and was very unprofessional. I asked to be added to the Do not call and he was rude in saying they would add it. I will wait and see if I get more calls from them.

I still dont know if it was from Time Warner, or a company hired by Time Warner. Given the accent, I think it may be an overseas operation.

This number has called me once a day for at least a week now at various hours.

They sometimes leave 3-5 second voicemails... "Hello...?" and then hang up. I can hear people in the background so it's definitely not a recording. I would have to assume that they are trying to sell me some new service or something. The one time I answered, nobody on the other end said anything.

For what it's worth, I am a Time Warner customer from the Cincinnati area. I've never heard anything from the voicemails that would indicate it is Time Warner, but they are generally the only ones that harass me via the phone (well and by stickers/pamphlets at my door, nonstop mailing ads, etc, but that's a different story...)

They keep calling, and when I pick up there's just heavy breathing and Beavis & [***] -like sounds, like someone is masturbating or something. Intriguing, I must admit. What can they possibly want?!

I have Verizon and put a block on this number since I get at least two calls per day on my cell at the most inconvenient times.

I keep getting repeated calls from this number too. I don't pickup. It's really annoying. Luckly i have an android and i downloaded an app to block the call, so they can call all they want now lol.

Please make these people stop calling me.  I don't answer because there is no user ID.  They do not leave a message.  Internet seems to point to Time Warner

If you have a service by TWC I suggest calling the TW 877 number and without mentioning the robo calls tell them to update your account with your "new number" which is one that you try first and know is not in service. I doubt they will need to call you for any reason other than trying to get more services from you.

we *69 the number 877-864-6344,it is time warner cable,so some little birdie told me to call customer service number at the bottom of your bill.when they answer push button 2 (no you dont have their service)take the persons name.then tell them if you get 1 more call from 877-864-6344 you will drop their service and get the dish.(is some other company spliting the buck from all of our *69 calls)

Time Warner cable.  Shame on them for bugging the people who are paying their wages. I have them now, getting ready to dump them asap

Jesse, you are incorrect.  There are laws in place.  If you are an existing customer, they can call you up to 18 months after providing service to you.

I answered a call from this number today. The person on the line was so busy talking to his coworker about movies that he never responded when I said hello. I listened to their conversation for several minutes before he hung up.

If you do this you should hope you never need to call Time Warner for service.  They identify you from the number you are calling from via caller ID and then will request your phone number again when a live person gets on line.  If you don't remember the B.S. number you gave them then you will not be obtaining service from them.

Michael, you are absolutely wrong. They cannot and will not deny you services based on which phone number you are calling from. Your account with TWC can be verified with a S.S.N. on the phone, and you can, and will be verified by Install technicians using a photo I.D.

Anyhow, thank you all for posting who this is that is calling me.

Ya this is time warner...who keeps calling me to add service....i have magic jack dont want tw phone serive, it cost to much...and i have already told them to stop callin...just ignore them......
