I am a TWC customer.  I have asked them on several occasions to note my account that I DO NOT WANT sales calls.  I continue to receive them several times weekly.  They are wasting their time and mine.

Good luck with that one.  I called them, ask them to remove my name and number, they are still calling!  I had to file a commplaint with the FTC.  I would suggest everyone else doing this as well!  They will stop then.

Time Warner Cable special promotions number. Told them to stop calling, but I am sure they won't.

I get a call from this number several times a day and they do not leave a message.  Yesterday, they called 3 times. They have already called this morning and it isn't even 10 AM. I do not want any more calls from this number!!!!!

They are calling my mobile phone and I want it to stop -- I don't want solications to my mobile phone

Good luck with that - I had direct tv and dropped it for cable - direct tv is very rude if you ever go to leave them - they threatened to charge me over $300 trying to tell me I was under contract with them for 2 yrs (I was with them over 7 yrs - never signed I stupid contract) - I argued with them -they said "well we have a credit card on file - we will just charge it to that".  NOT - I closed that card immediately before they could. So, now they have put that $300+ charge on my credit report - it can stay there forever because I will never pay those low life losers.  Also, my mom had direct tv and just called the other day to have hers disconnected - they did the same thing to her - except she will probably pay that fee just to not have it hurt her credit. I don't know why they need to be that way - if someone wants to drop them they do not have to be so damn nasty - not a good way to do business at all!!!

this is Time Warner Cable calling to sell you stuff.

All you have to do is call them back and ask them not to make sales calls to your #.

Yes! Me too and I believe it is the cable company because over the summer I tried to get cable and they said I owed and ever since this number appears two or three times a day and even in the evenings!

This is Time Warner Cable.  I just called YESTERDAY to cancel my service because I am moving and no longer need it and this is already the second call I've gotten from their sales department since YESTERDAY!  How annoying!

I got a call at 10:35 am on 03/15/2012/  Based on the info on this Board I bet it was Time  Warner. I did not answer it.

It is Time Warner Cable - I called the number back and requested I be removed from their list.  He indicated that he was placing the request to remove my number.

Been getting the same calls from time warner.  Just advertising and elevator music.   Called the local time warner office, talked to some one in the sales dept and they found a "do not call" screen in their computer system that should take me off of their list for 3 yrs.  Hope it works, if not this is probably just the incentive I need to switch cable providers.
