Janean call your bank and tell them what happen!!  Do this first!!!! That you did not give them permission to get into account!!   Change your account, including your atm card!!! Tell them about your son and Hearshe Kemp convinced you to do this.  You bank will rpbably need to write a letter to your bank telling them what happened to you.  The bank will then do an investigation on Hearshe Kemp and most likely reimburse you for your lost.  I am going thru the same thing and my bank has asked me to do this as wellI, I will let everyone know the outcome.

I got a call from Mr. Cooper saying he represented Hershey Kemp on a loan I had another company negotiate for me.  Glad I didn't  make arrangements with him on an account that is being handled.  Swindlers.

I received a call from so called HEARSHEY KEMP LLC. 3132790110    They ask for my daughter about a bad check 5 yrs. ago. from someone in Pa.  The one I had before was 2676909140  Ex. 3023 even gave a case no. asking for her same thing bad check. If they know so much why would they call here when she hasn't lived here in 23 yrs.
Why would it get sent all over the country if it is a judgement against her.
I hope they get these idiots, I am tired of the calls.

They keep telling me that I have committed fraud and want me to pay them over $1,000. They refuse to give me an address or the spelling of the company name. Do you have this info and if so, would you post it?

These people called my work and told me that if I didnt pay or make a plan to make payments something would be done. They are taking $575.55 and are taking $143.88 in 4 payments but  looking at my credit card statments they have beein trying to get money off my card before the time. Way before the time.What can I do about this.

They are still calling as of 12/16/10 called my wife from 973-494-9126,. Told my wife about fraud and are calling her at work. I googled and found this site so I right away told my wife not to call them back.

They just began calling me, using my full name but lying that I bounced a check here in pa.
I haven't written a check here in pa for anything.
I haven't had an account  therefore it couldn't reflect anything from the past but the man was specific  in saying I bounced a check to his client here in pa.
I was completely taken back that they would go so far to lie to me to get me to call them for whatever reason they are calling me.

Hi, me again! I posted May 18, 2009 because we had to deal w/ these people. My (now ex) husband made an agreement with them to take money in a couple payments, and asked that they'd send a receipt. The money left, and a receipt never showed up. Surprise.

Well, they just called MY parents today asking about my ex. Seems they need more money for a loan that we already payed off...and got no proof of. I tried to call them back to tell them we're not even married anymore but the number I was given wasn't valid.
