I got a call from Mr. Cooper saying he represented Hershey Kemp on a loan I had another company negotiate for me.  Glad I didn't  make arrangements with him on an account that is being handled.  Swindlers.

I received a call from so called HEARSHEY KEMP LLC. 3132790110    They ask for my daughter about a bad check 5 yrs. ago. from someone in Pa.  The one I had before was 2676909140  Ex. 3023 even gave a case no. asking for her same thing bad check. If they know so much why would they call here when she hasn't lived here in 23 yrs.
Why would it get sent all over the country if it is a judgement against her.
I hope they get these idiots, I am tired of the calls.

They keep telling me that I have committed fraud and want me to pay them over $1,000. They refuse to give me an address or the spelling of the company name. Do you have this info and if so, would you post it?

These people called my work and told me that if I didnt pay or make a plan to make payments something would be done. They are taking $575.55 and are taking $143.88 in 4 payments but  looking at my credit card statments they have beein trying to get money off my card before the time. Way before the time.What can I do about this.

They are still calling as of 12/16/10 called my wife from 973-494-9126,. Told my wife about fraud and are calling her at work. I googled and found this site so I right away told my wife not to call them back.

They just began calling me, using my full name but lying that I bounced a check here in pa.
I haven't written a check here in pa for anything.
I haven't had an account  therefore it couldn't reflect anything from the past but the man was specific  in saying I bounced a check to his client here in pa.
I was completely taken back that they would go so far to lie to me to get me to call them for whatever reason they are calling me.
I'd like to report this the authorities.

Hi, me again! I posted May 18, 2009 because we had to deal w/ these people. My (now ex) husband made an agreement with them to take money in a couple payments, and asked that they'd send a receipt. The money left, and a receipt never showed up. Surprise.

Well, they just called MY parents today asking about my ex. Seems they need more money for a loan that we already payed off...and got no proof of. I tried to call them back to tell them we're not even married anymore but the number I was given wasn't valid.

Oh, he was so rude and abrasive last time! He broke all sorts of laws as far as debt collection goes, and I let him know. He told me to shut my mouth and stop playing jailhouse lawyer.

I agree that people should pay their bills. You're absolutely right! However, there are certain ways to go about collecting debts, and those laws are in effect for a reason.

And, as in our case, we really did pay them back. But, here they are again for the exact same debt. Plus, some people said they had extra money taken out. That's just wrong.

I'm sure my words have fallen on deaf ears with you, but I do ask that you show a little compassion for those that are being harassed unnecessarily.

my brother got a call from a Mark Green using the number (508)457-5804 trying to find me. haven't called the number yet, i checked it first and found you guys.  looked up number and its unpublished. go figure

Just talked to this company who gave me an address of 11 Summer St, #3, Buffalo NY 14209.  I did a search on this address and it goes to a corporation that has no clue who this other company Hearshe and Kemp is.  Hearshe and Kemp told me they were going to have me imprisoned for 5 years for check fraud.  I called all DA offices where I have ever lived and live and they all told me that in Texas no DA will take a case that has to do with a payday loan.  This company refused to provide me with an address when they knew I was a debtor (so they say).  I called and said I was just needing to send corospondence and they provide me with a bad address.  This Mr. Blackwell is not an attorney or anything else.  He is a crook.  They all are.  I called Cashnet who they said they are collecting for and I have never had anything to do with this company.

I am fixing to file a lawsuit against them.  If anyone wants to get into a class action please email me at jeff@thetoddlife.net today.
