Be warned: this guy is VERY aggressive and tries to get you on your knees. He had no luck here. But be careful, and don't let him get you.

Have received two calls from Nate Andrews at Brennan & Clark making vague references to law suits, money owed, attorneys, multiple phone calls (yes, two calls IS multiple...), mailed info & accusations of never contacting him. He never did specify to whom he was directing the call(s). Neither my husband nor I have ever heard of him, his firm or QBE. I did leave a message on his voice mail today (6/25/14) letting him know that I had no knowledge of him, his firm, or of QBE, nor of the case file he mentioned. We will be ignoring any future calls, or if he becomes more aggressive, our attorney will deal with him.

Guy caller says this exactly, "_______ this is Leo Green with Brennan and Clark.  At this point you should now realize that it has transpired into an extremely time sensitive matter and that I'm sure you don't want to go any further.  You would be encouraged to return the call immediately and for some reason if I do not reach me (Green), you're going to want to leave a voice message. My secretary is not in so you're going to call me, my number is 888-217-3212 and want to leave a voice message and in that message you will want to leave a call back number and reference this file number, 14-06-03.  I hope someone gets this guy or whatever it is because they are not only harassing individuals, but now threatening.  I WILL NOT stand for this!  I hope he doesn't call my home again.

I got a call from them today.saying they are attorneys on my voicemail.any current class action to join.what a joke.

Had a lady call today not even stating my name or who this matter was for. Her name was Sam Mitchell from Brennan and Clark. She has never called before and she said I have failed numerous ly to contact her and that if I didn't call back that I was ignoring the business matter. First of all , I have not even heard from her until today and I do not know why she is calling me. Everyone on here is right this is Bs and they are probably illegally taking peoples money. Because one what credit bureau doesn't say who they are call for. They do not this is a bogus call to get people's money. Do not call back. If you do pay your just putting money in a pocket of a lying their trying to scare people to put money in there own pockets. This is bogus bull crap. Doesn't even state the name of the person they are trying To get money out of.  Just says you are avoiding a important business matter when this is the first time calling in the first place.... People this is a scam..,,

Harassing, they never answer after the rude voice mail they leave.  They leave no information on what they are calling about and always threaten further actions.  My attorney can't find. Anything that they might be calling about and asked me to leave a message for them to call him.  Funny thing, they always call me and nevr My attorney.

I got a call from a Sam Mitchell also, but it was a female voice.

Caller left a message; caller identified herself as Ann Mitchel from Brennan & Clark; requested I call her back ASAP due to a time sensitive issue!  Bottom line, I DEFINITELY have to block this NUMBER!!!

Just rec'd   a call from Sarah Mitchell under the # of 630-359-6148  at this company saying I was going to want to call her immediately to discuss a time sensitive matter. The call back # was the toll free #  After reading all these posts obviously a scam.  I have no outstanding debt and would not have called back or answered regardless..

Adam Clark is constantly calling and leaving threatening messages to take me to court because of an insurance policy. I don't owe any insurance fees. I called the insurance and I was told I have no outstanding fees. My last policy was canceled and the city mpany received all paper work of my cancelation. I told the insurance that this guy keeps calling me and harrasing me and the agent said that I should not send any money because t looks like a scam.

Brennan and Clark are harassing for an insurance premium on a property that I don't
own. $67 ...   Would anyone like to with me in a class action law suit against that law firm

Class action suits are for the lawyers.  They get tons of money and you get peanuts, no matter what they tell you.  You have a private right to action and with a good attorney it will put a lot more money in your pocket than a class action will.  You might also have a cause of action under the TCPA and the FCRA.

*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Got a call from this jordan clark said I owe money for a business insurance  for a business not even belonging to me said the secretary of state says its my business call them and particular business not even registered with them and tried to tell them that im not giving any routeing and account number told him did not have it on me was at a friends house with my kids and he got mad and hung up on me plus called from a private number this is not right

Same number. Keeps calling in MD. Says he is from Brennan and Clark law firm collecting for Erie insurance who we use to have. Very threatening!!! He probably gets his jollies reading these complaints because nobody does anything about harassing phone calls!

They kept calling my mother harassing her and talking down to her. She doesn’t pick up because she doesn’t speak English so they leave threatening voicemails about some insurance. We never even had the insurance as far as I know. Stupid Raymond maxwell. Very unprofessional I don’t know how he lives with himself making a living like this. Oh and they keep calling her personal phone for business matters.
