This number also is calling my work line, when I answer it states the number and then something about Banana Republic and their mailing address is Utah.

They called about 3 consecutive times everyday for the last two weeks or so and one answered on the other end. I decided to call the number back today as many posters here had indicated and spoke to the operator (of GE or Citi bank acct?? re: delinquent acct); gave her my phone number and she asked if I know anyone by the name on their account record. I told her no, and she apologized for the inconvenience and will remove the number from their system. Hopefully, the calls will stop now.

I think is a scam .... an auto message wants your credit card number and when you don't enter it, it ask for your ss number.  at no point does it let you talk to a person.

This collection co. Is looking for someone named Rodrigues that's not me. I don't have any store cards only my visa which NEVER has a balance at due date... I can not get them to stop calling 3-4-5-7 times a day. 53calls in 2weeks.  Had to use special services to silence them, but they keep calling and I keep logging.  want to report it to Atttorney General in their state,
PLEASE ANYONE KNOW THE STATE OF ORIGIN FOR THIS STUPID AGENCY LET ME KNOW.  I DO NOT OWE THEM AND THEY ARE CALLING A WRONG NUMBER.  IF I COULD GET THERE ATTENTION AND THEY GOOGLED MY NUMBER THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 10 Years they would stop maybe.  This is herasment and illegal.

This # keeps showing up on my caller ID. When I check voicemail, either I can hear conversations going on in the background or I get my eardrum blasted with loud, obnoxious music. I am on the DNC list.

I kept getting calls from them. It's a card company that does the retail store cards, this time was for Old Navy. The fact that they are for different stores doesn't make it a scam guys, that's how the card companies work.  Tried calling but it was after hours, so I went to the website listed in the voicemail. I'm not an idiot, I'm well aware of scam and phishing sites. The website on the voicemail directed me to a general login page. Since I don't have an account I clicked the Contact link at the bottom of the page, which gave me a 24-hour number 1-866-450-5294. Obviously I didn't enter my SSN, just kept pressing "0" or "#" until I got to the operator. I explained that I keep getting calls from them, but that I don't have an account so they must have the wrong number on file. The gal I talked to was very nice and also obviously was working in the US, she said they'd update the info, and she never asked for any of my personal information. In the meantime, I'm blocking both numbers from my phone. Seriously annoying.

This is not legit.  They keep calling me on my google voice number which I have NEVER used or put down on anything (in fact, I hardly remember what the number is).  Don't give them any information.  I chose to block them.

Continously calling leaving no messages every day every hour . Want them to stop

This number has been calling me but hey I haven't paid my bill.like a month late.

I have received 5 calls from this number. When I call back they ( a recording ) asking for my credit card # it doesn't match one in my system. I checked ALL my credit cards and NONE have that phone number on them.  ! I am reporting the, to BBB.

I'm getting a call everyday from 888-248-3182.  I never picked up.  But I tried dialing the number, and it says from GAP.  I do not have a GAP credit card! So  please block this scammer!

Same here.... They leave a voicemail and want me to put in my social security number. In addition they claim to be calling for GAP and call several times a day/week. Maybe they would be more believable if they' d send a letter addressing their concerns.

They call my cell phone every day! Never leave a message! I was able to answer call today and told them to stop calling my phone!

Ok People, if you don't have Old Navy/Gap/Bannana republic Credit cards and you want these Idiots to stop calling you call 888-248-3182 Press 1 for English, and then when it prompts you to enter your account information just press the Star Key after each prompt until the system gets confused and sends you to an operator. From their "Politely" tell them that you do not have an account with those services and ask them to take your number off their call list. When I talked with the operator they asked me if I knew a person that was not living at the residence. Real simple quick fix. For everyone else, make sure they are a legitimate buisness before you give them any personal info!

I'm so tired of these calls. received a call this am, stating they were from the IRS threating I'd better call back or else.  Why haven't these guys gotten caught?

Just got a call asking me to call back: 888-248-3182. Said it was from Banana Republic bank.  Then when you call back they ask you to enter CC#. Obviously this is a phishing expedition. Do not enter your personal info.
