I receive a email from then,should I go?

I signed up for something at a food and wine festival. Got a call that I won some prizes, basically the guy said I wouldn't need to go on the tour, as it was optional. They just are looking for people to spread the word.

I got there to wait 2 hours, 3 times I went to the front desk to tell them. The third time I was lucky and it seemed I got the right person. She brought us downstairs where we waited maybe ten more minutes and I went in to get the prize.

You scratch a lottery ticket and win one of the prizes. I received a chance for a 5 day/4 night vacation in Aruba, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. I believe they only pay for the hotel stay. You pay for everything else if you read the terms and conditions like I did.

I have not taken this vacation. I've been reading about this place for a few hours now, and I'm getting convinced that it would be a waste of my time/money.

If someone else could possibly let me know about any success on their vacations, I might consider it.

I used to work for the relief yes it is a way to get you to come out and purchase a timeshare but one thing that I have to say is they do did they do give the gift away um I have an appointment for myself very odd for me to say this but hey why not catch on to something that is free.. you do have to pay the taxes on the trip but other than that you don't have to pay for the hotel accommodation airfare round trip in your food are your manatees is taken care of why not take a chance and have a little fun um again like I said I work for these guys is suck as an employee for these people I'd I don't agree working for these people was hell to pay so this is my little revenge . make them pay for a trip that I've been longing to go on why not I'll go tomorrow I'll be back to let you guys know how everything went .

I and my wife are actual share holders. We went on the 90 minute tour. Received some cool stuff. It's a nice program but they do not hold up all promises like they say they will

I got a letter today with a same number as your.. Is it true that you won something?

Same scam over and over. They keep calling and I keep hanging up. Pain in the ass!

Just got it too!! Several years after this whole conversation started!!! Not normal!!!

We went end of last year and did NOT end up buying the timeshare BUT were given everything we were offered. We have since gone on 1 of the 3 trips and will be going on the other two this summer..

I actually filled out a thing at the mall to win $49 tho cash, BMW Mercedes $15 hundo shopping spree a trip or $500 cash and they sent me a letter saying I won one of them I got to go to the resort in lee on Wednesday I will let you all know how I make out.

I just got the call today. I was so gullible. I feel like a complete idiot. They were literally 2 hours away. Good thing I looked it up to only find out that it was fake. when I got the call I thought that something good finally happened to me that I won. Then all my friends were talking about how was a scam. Now I believe them. I feel so sad and stupid. My appointment is on Friday.  Not going after reading all of these horrible things.  It was too good to be true anyway. I was going to call him tomorrow and tell them that I'm not coming. And to take me off of their call list in case They ever try to call again.

I was dumb and entered an "Enter to win" contest at a local mall. I WON!!! go figure. it was for the silverleaf resorts, INC. 1221 river bend, suite 120 Dallas tx.

i called the number on the back of the "enter to win" slip (1800) 720 5731 and asked to be removed from the call /  mail list and the lady on the phone was very helpful. she removed me from the system so i hope it stays that way.

Ok I just got a letter from avc and I called and they asked if I wanted a car I said no I want the $49,000 and they went straight into asking me if I had a bank and so forth, I gave them my info for a straight deposit. I recieved $47,623 in my bank on monday after waiting 3 business days and a weekend. So I took the money out and closed my account right away.
