I get Alliance Amex (8883104157) calling my store at least 3 times a day. I never answer them... ANNOYING!!

So i called the number and got through right away, explained that i was getting multiple calls from them each day and they apologized and said they would take my number off. I guess we'll see!

Or how about you stop calling me on the phone that I pay for with the money i get from NOT bothering people all f*cking day, and by actually doing something both productive AND useful, the exact OPPOSITE of you losers. and ya, SOME phone lists are made that way. idiot. of course you work for one telemarketing company and think you know everything about every single one of them. just because some scam artist low life prick writes a 47 page agreement policy just to post a f*cking ad on some "free" site does not mean that anybody has the right to harrass, yes harrass me. 15 -16 calls a day is harrassment and i guarantee that.
most companies get their numbers from phone books and online directories, so no, it's not all us, and stop trying to make yourself feel better about your job (which should be banned). Take some accountability for YOURSELF and leave people alone. there's enough fine print in this world to kill a person so stop contributing. There's tons of other jobs,and hey, if theres not, MAKE one. or go somewhere. whatever happened to human decency. F*ck you telemarketers

I asked to speak to the manager, his name was Scott. He has to be the dumbest person I have ever encountered in my life. Not only was he rude, he made it sound as if it was my problem.  Worst service in history.Period!!!!

Don't let them scam you into doing any credit checks, who knows what they do wiht your information.

Received a call from Adam at Alliance Amex.... wanted to speak with the owner - or someone who had signing authority.

Said that they had an offer to make.

Normally they hang up.....didn't today but did not get to speak with the owner.  Left a call back number and a reference number.

Stop these calls immediately!!!!!!

I am experiencing the same problem.  This number keeps calling but always hang up when I pick up the phone. These people are very wrong if they think this is the way to grab business.

Please do not call tell back, they love if you do this, that is why they call you as soon as you pick up the phone they hang up on you!!!!. if you call them back your information will go in their system and they will know more about you are.

I too get at least two calls durring the day from them, maybe like a couple times a week.  and of course you can't "take a message" because they have no direct line to call back on.

The reason why no one is on the line when you first pick up is because your number is stored in one big company database, known to them as a "dialer", and the system will dial your number, let it ring, and when you pick up it takes a few seconds for the call to connect to the first available customer service rep on their end.

When i pick up, and i hear nothing, i just hang right up.

This company has been doing this daily and weekly to our work number, everytime I answer they hang up. Creeps.

Find something else to do with your lives other then [***].

5 calls in 2 weeks.all from alliance amex.3 nobody there 1 answered,explained not  interested (wouldn't piss on amex if they were on fire) 1 more since then.How do we stop them?

Things must have changed since u worked with Alliance AMEX....Just to let u know I have received 2 calls today from them..One I answered and yes they did hang up on me because I got a dial tone...And yes they have called me everyday Mon to Fri. for the passed 3 weeks.. Kind of Desperate don't you think.. For that reason i would never ever get a Amex Card EVER!!!!  This is not pointed at u put just thought i would let u know that all these people are telling the truth...

We got a call from this number, and after reading this post, I phoned them back. I spoke with a nice fellow (Matt) at Alliance AMEX, and yes, it s their business credit card division. I explained why I didn't want a business AMEX card, he thanked me for my time and said he would put me on their DNC list.

I agree it is really annoying to get these calls. But I think if you persist when calling them back and wait until a representative comes on the line, you may be able to get your name on the AMEX Do Not Call LIst.

Perhaps the polite way I was treated was due to AMEX hearing about this forum and issuing a directive to its representatives?  In any event, I'm passing my experience on here and I thank those who posted before for sharing.

Folks - if you call bank and ask for your number to be removed, as suggested by the shill for this fraud, your number will be confirmed as live and placed on a suckers list for repeated calls in the future from this fraud, as well as sold to the operators of other telemarketing frauds.

Well if some [***] telemarker is going to call they damn well be ready to start talking right away.  WTF someone calls me and puts me on hold and expects me to wait for THEM?

So yeah in response to your absolutely [***] response, there is no way shape or form that this number itself or anyone from this company called you 15-16 times a day.  We have a code of conduct that specifies that we are not able to do that and it is followed.  Now if you think our job should be banned then maybe you should stop signing up for [***] that posts your number in a random list idiot.  You yourself should be held accountable for not reading fine print and on that note if you dont read it then you are a fool.  Point of this post is always read a contract cause you are at all times able to refuse or withdraw your name from any list that posts your personal number to telemarketers or simply just request your name on the suppresion list.  Now if you are a business sorry to say there is no do not call list so you are unfortunately subject to any and all telemarketers.  And a job is a job if you dont like what we do then block our [***] number dumb [***] cause like a previous post we dont block our number so you are left then with an option.  So better yet quit  your bitching and start paying attention more to the fine print cause you authorized this at some point and now you deal with it.

i'm recieving these calls here in Nova Scotia, Canada as well. I own a visa but no american express card... i never answer the call because i dont answer 800 numbers, and they never leave a msg, just hang ups. They call almost every day, and its really annoying, seeing that i'm on the nationwide DNC list. It is starting to get a bit irritating as its been happening for almost a month now. For crying out loud I with they would stop.
