They are legal. If you want to leave a donation (like Catholic Charities) they pick up and leave a receipt for taxes. Have used
them numerous times.

Just received a call from this telephone number. No message was left.

Received a call from this number caller ID said SAVERS.  No one was there.

Recognized the #.  Didn't want to hear the rings, so I picked up and hung up.  F' them, F' their families, F' their friends, F' their parents.  I keeping thinking of the original Carrie movie near the end where the house gets sucked into the earth.

So, when I don't pick up and they still call?

Considering how 99% of the #s that call you aren't real in the first place, how is forwarding a call to one of those phony # going to help?

I get calls with my name and phone # as the caller id.  I get calls from local businesses that I know aren't calling me for their services or on purpose.  The latest was a mining services business about a mile from me.  I recognized the name, I picked up thinking it was legit and they just dialed the wrong #.  Nope, a scam.

So, somebody appropriates a # and calls you.  The # is in service and the owner of the # has no idea that someone is trying to scam people in their name.  Your solution is to forward a phony call to a possibly real person with no connection to the scammers.

Caller ID is "SAVERS" 888-322-8209. Not epilepsy foundation. Not legit.

Received another call from this telephone number. Same story as before.

they've been calling frequently for months. never leave message.

Still calling.  I do not know if this is the Epilepsy Foundation or a spoof since I have had this number blocked for years.  CID reads, "Savers."

Received hang up call today 4/12/2022.  It showed as a verified call from Savers.
