We actually do. But if you don't receive it, whether you moved or you are just not seeing it,  it's not our fault, but we'll gladly resend anything to the mailing address that you'd like

There are tons of collection agencies. If you want to show up to one or get contact information, google locations near you. I'm sure whoever you reach will be happy to help

B-Edwards wasn't asking for info on any random collection agency but for yours. If yours is such a great company, why would you hide your information? Wouldn't you want people to know who you are? Free advertising, ya know.

Please allow me to offer two simple facts.
Fact 1) Debt collectors have a history of harassing innocent people by calling outdated numbers.
Fact 2) Debt collectors have a history of refusing to accept the that they have reached the that reached the wrong number.

I know these are indeed facts because this has happened to me.

I just received a very rude call from some one name Tera/tara from this number, asking for a money in my bill that is already paid. Last January (2016) was the time that i paid the money and now again. Ive been checking the sites and the info but no one knows about it, I don't even know if a legit agency or just a scam company.

Message on vm said they wanted B--th--n  McK---l to call back, its urgent. Didn't say anything else and didn't give any number to call back, just this one. I'm not that person, so I just deleted the message and blocked the number.

Received a call from this number. Asked them for some information about themselves. Was rudely told that they don't need to tell me anything. I very much question whether this a legitimate business when there is no public disclosure about who they are, no website, etc.  The person at the other end became rude and argumentative the minute I asked for some information from them. Asked them not to call here again.

This is their website. Many people get confused because they think it's DNA group services but it's actually D&A... common mistake especially since it's being said over the phone.

What questions were you asking them? Because if you were asking about what the call is regarding. Due to privacy reasons they aren't allowed to say why they're calling.

Anyway, that's their website above. It should answer all the questions you have. Collection agencies often have a bad rep and they are often called a scam because the people who owe them money... all of a sudden don't owe any money! They never had that credit card! But collection agencies are real, they're legitimate.

No, collection agencies have a bad rAp because so many of them violate debt collection laws repeatedly, failing to validate debt, harassing people that do not owe, etc...

SHILL ALERT! From what I have read, D&N or DNA, by any name is a either a rotten debt scammer or dirty rotten debt scammer....  it's a common mistake.
I see you been shilling here before.  So that makes you either a rotten shill or a dirty rotten shill.  It's a common mistake, you know?

-- Oh, yeah, before forget, you are posting what is amounts to a spam ad by having the link.  So I am reporting that.

If they're so legitimate, why did they refuse to give infomation about themselves?  Anyone expecting to collect money needs to identify themselves then follow the law by mailing proof of the debt before expecting to collect on said debt.

Received 2 calls from these clowns, mumbling, to return a call and ask for extension 6316, no phone number came up on phone and they had the wrong name, had to listen to message twice to hear it correctly, sounded like DNA and they were acting for TD bank, no idea what it is about but since it was wrong name, when l did actually talk to someone told them that, so far haven't heard back, but definitely sounds fishy to me.  l would also like to know how they got my phone number.

called them back..opps! replies to ticked off
Made the mistake of calling back! I got a girl who answered but wouldn't give me a reason for the initial call; she forwarded me to  a voice mail of Mr. Hyman (however you spell it). Left a msg for a call back to find out what the "Importance" was. Someone else called back and muffled his name when he left me a voice mail and gave my a Xref# that my name was attached to.
Apparently this is collections! It has to be scam....As I just recently got a credit check....and nothing found!
