This is getting out of hand!  This company called me twice today and the calls never come in on caller ID with a legitimate company name - or the name that they claim, ESupport Live.  Today "Kevin" told me they are a legitimate company out of  Valley Cottage, NY - at least I think that's what he said.  He (& the other two "reps" that called) had very heavy Indian accents and it was truly hard to understand all that they were saying.  The second "rep" who called me kept talking over me and interrupting me in argument that I needed to listen to him because of what was being reported to him from my computer.  Geez!

Just received a call from this number.  Man with strong accent very insistent that my computer had been downloading infected files and my Windows programs would not function correctly.  Stated he was a Microsoft technical support but when I said I would call Microsoft to verify the information he said they aren't associated with Microsoft.  Very rude once I balked at getting in front of my computer and doing what he said.

I just got one from someone with a thick Indian accent. Said he was from technical support from e-support life and needed to fix my computer that was closing down programs. I said I was not at the computer although I think he knew I was. I said I was gardening and was there a number I could call him back when I was done? He wanted me to be done in two hours! He gave me 888-514-1650. Not calling him back and not answering the phone again without an ID that I know.

Scammer identifying as "Michael Smith" alleges problems with my Windows Operating System and  downloads. Attempted to get me to connect to his unidentified company from my computer, instructing step by step. Heavy accent, background noise, auto-dialed call with delayed response when I answered. The alleged problem was a fraud.

My husband (who is a Ludite) thought they were legitimate and paid $300 (which is what we paid for the computer!) and spent 3 hours on the phone with them "fixing" our computer.  since then we get 1-4 calls a day from men with Indian accents trying to "Help" us with our computer.  Sometimes they are semi-professional until I ask for my money back and tell them that I dont want them to call,  then they become very rude and unprofessional.  I have been told; "you dont know about computers", "you are sick in your head and you need to go to the hospital" , "I want to [***] you", "you paid $300?!  You got scammed!"  When I ask for my money back or for them to STOP calling me they say "that is not possible."  I spent some time in Nepal and India and know how desperate and stupid the scammers are there.  These guys remind me of the scammers whom I encountered everyday walking around in Kathmandu and Delhi.

Had a customer bring their computer in, they fell for the scam that others have mentioned.   The scammers left this phone number to call them back at to purchase their 'services'.   Pretending to be Jim Smit from Microsoft.

Man said My computer was infected and he was from Microsoft and could fix it.  I told him I wanted to call and verify who he was and he gave me  888 -514-1650  ext 1890, his name Caick Morgan. 856-424-7354 was on caller ID. I am not stupid enough to call him back.  I know it's a scam.

They just called. They told me the same story: they have my licence number (microsoft) and my computer is "sending error messages" and he want me to follow instructions remotely. I ask why they didn't contact me by email... he said they did but i didn't reply. I ask what email are they sending messages to and he told me he doesn't have access to that info (yeah right). Then I lied and told the guy I didn't have my computer with me and ask for my licence number on his file (don't remember registering to microsoft but maybe I did, I'll check if it matches and if it is i'll complain with microsoft directly)  I also ask for a number to call them back and gave me this number. (18885141650). Weird thing is that my cellphone registered the call as: 13029569406 (Delaware).  It totally sounds like a scam.

He was pressuring me to DO something NOW - I clearly had a virus or a hacker. After telling him that now was not a good time - and asking for his # . He told me (Indian accent) that his name was "Peter Parker" (Spiderman!) and that I was being recorded - that I was harassing him ! and that he would be blocking MY #!!  - Also told me that he was with "windows" E-tech lite & Microsoft .... NOT COOL ~

Received call from this number - he asked for me by name and said it was about my computer....I did not reply as to confirm my identity. I'm not even on a computer registered to me, nor do I have Windows. SCAM for sure - I said to remove me from their call list and then promptly blocked them.
