Humana calls me all the time about different coverage benefits I have.  If you have Humana, you can opt out of the phone calls on their website.

They do it to save money.  You wouldn't have a copay like you do at an outside pharmacy.

Received unwanted call. Did not leave a message.

Right Source mail order RX through Humana, they call my Obama phone all the time and I don't do mail order, I was smart enough to not use my regular phone, my Obama phone is for this kind of insurance crap with the ringer turned off. I don't use right source and at the end of 2016 I'm dumping my total rip off Humana dis-advantage ppo plan, they force you to use all the Humana doctors and so on so it should  just as well have been a hmo along with their outrageous co-pays on everything. Thanks Obama and the rest in D.C. for making our insurance affordable "my azz affordable" I paid more this year than I have paid the last 11 years.

Got yet another call from Humana Drug.  I have called and asked to be removed from their call list.  Don't bother--they do not act.  So they are in my phone as a do not answer listing.  I have 17 do not answers now and adding more every day.  The number I use online is a Magic Jack number.  So all nuisance calls go through it.  I rarely answer any calls on that phone. My greatest hope is that Magic Jack will add call blocker.  Otherwise I will let my phone lapse when my prepaid time runs out.

Got a call no message

They have been annoying, calling several times a month. It is no debt collector. I don't have any outstanding bills. They leave no message.

Got a call from HUMANA (according to the callerID) yesterday. It was in regard to their prescription plan and offered savings if I were to participate in their mail-away drug plan. The caller did have my info, my last prescriptions and my Humana drug plan ID number. I believe it is a legitimate call. Too bad the drop down menu on this reporting page does not include that as a choice.

Received yet another of these calls.  They never leave a msg and it does not say where it's from.   I'm getting tired of being woke up by this caller.  Do Not Call Registry is not working, 'cause they just keep coming.

I also have a remenider with Right Source Humana. Think I am going to chage it to avoid the calls.  Thanks for the info.

Humana!!! This is the First Good Post of a company WE use for our Supplemental Medicare. From the Beginning this company has been GREAT!!! Humana takes care of all issues even our Dental!!!
.... aarp & anthem lied on ALL  issues we presented and Finally MAY 2016 anthem has been sued and has agreed to Refund 2014 to all apparently 50% of what they took; Really stole from everyone over this fradulent health insurance. Never was their "Health Care"  what anthum provided

I unfortunately have Humana and the unnecessary calls are unbelievable. I too am awaiting the next enrollment.
