Lincare must have bought their RUDE AND ANNOYING auto-dialer from the same place as the Denver Post...they call over and over and ALWAYS hang up, no matter how many times you say hello.

Don't these companies and marketing directors realize we vote with our dollars?  Hey Lincare...you just lost another customer!  I called back and the guy at LIncare said: "Hey, ya gotta love those auto-dialers."
I said: "Uh, NO, I don't have to love the auto-dialer!  If I receive anymore calls from Lincare I will report Lincare to the "no solicit violations" database."
He said "You will never hear from us again."
I hope he is telling the truth.
    Ciao and GOOD RIDDANCE!!

yes it is lincare but they can be very annoying with their calls. they are supposed to call only once a month and leave a msg but tI have found they don't leave a msg most times and they wil call 3 or 4 times in a day then wait a day or so and call manytimes again. Very anoying and I will be calling them to have them discontinue the calls and will call them only if I need something. they seem to have no problems calling at anytime of the day or any day of the week.

For health and comfort reasons, you should change supplies as often as recommended. Am glad I looked this up because they didn't leave messages but called 3 times yesterday. I never answer toll free numbers but was getting irritated because I hadn't gotten my monthly order call yet. Guess I need to lighten up...

Yeah, they should ID themselves, but even if they don't, their calls are necessary. Maybe it's true they are trying to sell you something, but it's something you need to have if you use a C-PAP machine. Tubing, filters, face masks, nasal pillows, and water reservoirs for your CPAP's humidifier need to be changed every few months to avoid bacterial growth. So yeah, calling you is a way for them to make money, but it's also a service that you need, and most folks need the reminder to replace these items.

And the reason you may not have heard of them before is that they may have bought the supply company you originally dealt with. That's what happened to me. Although the original supply company should have notified you. If that's how they got your number, then that's not a HIPAA violation.

Please STOP calling.  If they want to know if I need supplies, please send a letter to my home address.  If not resolved, I will CHANGE vendors.

Get 2-4 calls from this number daily. Always hung up on when answered. The business is legitimate, but the number is not.

This is Lincare...they are calling to see if you need any replacement supplies for your CPAP machine. They call my house every 6 months. They are legit and I verified it with my insurance company before they could send me my replacement supplies.

I'm a CPAP patient, but, after so many calls from "Rachel" and her ilk, if I don 't recognize a phone number, I don't answer.  Lincare would do well to identify themselves on caller ID.  I'd be happy to speak with them.  On another note, I've gotten a lot of calls lately from "Service Dept," with 203 (CT) and 617 (MA) area codes.  Don't answer them, either.

Must be sad to be so uneducated, Lincare is an nation wide health provider, I have used them all over the states with excellent service.

Its Lincare and I've had nothing but great service since I started working with them three years ago. I get a call every 90 days for supply reorder, as CPAP therapy highly recommends replacing your parts in a timely manner for your healths sake. I've personally researched about 9 supply companies and they are all about the same price give  or take a buck or two. So if you get a call every month, just call them and tell them you want  90 service, they only call me to remind me, when I forget. You know the old saying, you can't make everyone happy. And those that aren't feel the need to complain in hope that they will get company, because angry people don't make good social buddies.

Your semi-literate attempt to write a testimonial for these crooks stands out for the transparent lie that it is. Page after page of complaints, yet you say this is a good company? LOL Everybody else must be lying!

Your work here is done, you failed, you can go back to the boiler room now and hope the next sucker you call hasn't seen this page!

You, obviously, have not read the "Page after page" of comments!  Yes some, who have no idea what Lincare does or is, have made negative comments.  I am a CPAP user and I keep my equipment serviced and working and CLEAN.  A user needs to get their regular supplies and Lincare is a primary supplier for hospitals and homes.  You NEVER have to get something you don't need but they give you the option each month. On my next regular service call I will mention that that there are many idiots in the world who don't think people need CPAP supplies or Quarterly (yes once every 3 month) reminders.
