- Happy Customer replies to LeavemealoneYou need to reorder supplies. Granted, I don't do it monthly, because I wash and clean my equipment and can use it longer than normal. But I don't like to wear a cushion mask for a very long time because of the germs. I wash it every few days but occasionally I need a new one. I have never been scammed by this company.
- Jude replies to PeteThey won't let up,guess they figure I was not going to answer, so they called from a local number.thanks for the help
- collenThis Lincare, The reason they YOU first is they want you to call back on your time. Pretty slick those Pricks

- JLS replies to WhatADouche| 4 repliesI like your reply. They have been a wonderful company supplying my oxygen and other needs for many years. Some people seem to love living in their own misery, always unhappy with everyone else while thinking they are the only perfect person on this earth.
- Sir Bedevere replies to JLS| 3 repliesAny particular reason you decided to Google their number, come here and sing their praises? Any particular reason you haven't done that for any other business on this planet?
Oh yes! Could it be that you're a shill for them? - Tamianth replies to Sir Bedevere| 2 repliesLincare is indeed a valid company, and one of the most annoying company's I've ever had to deal with. However, the numbers they call with, will always say Lincare, or Lincare Inc. I've noted two different caller ids that show up on my phone. Yup, some of the posters are spot on here. Annoying, always trying to send medications every two weeks and the DH has repeatedly told them to stop. And yes, over priced as well. And I can also say that getting them to pick up equipment is a real fight also. The last year even getting a routine equipment check has been a real nightmare.
- Resident47 replies to TamianthMaybe if this Lincare had to eat a few dozen TCPA judgments every month, they would finally learn what the phrase "stop calling" means. Your cause of action began the first time their telemarketer autodialed again after being told to knock off. (... takes two strikes for a live call center agent) There's $500 a violation on the table -- note "per violation", not "per call" -- or maybe triple the award if you can prove "knowing and willful" disobedience of your no-call order.

- Caller: Lincare
- emejia replies to TimWhen Lincare called me they told me they took over Wright & Flippis, I'm not sure I spelled that right, but they are calling to replace the CPap machine hoses and mask.
- JanP4 replies to Pete| 8 repliesI know it is Lin Care but I told them that unless they get a real phone number, I'm not answering. They could at least leave a message so that one could call back at ones convenience....not at their whim. I know they handle more than CPap supplies and that is why they use that phone # but I get enough calls from unidentified callers!! I hope they read this.
- W.R.Gritton| 1 replyStop Calling. Not an important caller, as no messages are ever left. Very annoying!!!
- Barb replies to JanP4| 4 repliesI told Lincare several times to leave a message when they call, but the idiots don't. When I was on a commercial insurance they were bending over backwards to send me parts, now that I am on Medicare they don't seem to have the time to even leave a message.

- dgk3845 replies to StephWelcome to the club! If you are Medicare eligible, go to the web address that caters to those of us who use Medicare. The local Lincare office that handles my CPAP machine is corrupt as all get-out. How do I know this? Well, I always check my
Medicare Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). To make a long story short, there were two instances where the local Lincare office billed Medicare twice - in one week!
I called out the owner on this "double billing" problem and he didn't know what to say!! I told him that "this appears to be Medicare fraud, Dave!" Incidentally, the number you asked about belongs to the CPAP Supply Center at 888-544-2715. The address is LINCARE-CCC, Suite D, 4825 140th Avenue North, Clearwater FL, 33762. The only way to stop these annoyance calls is really simple. Each state has its' on "Do Not Call-Registry" and this is usually under the Attorney General's Office (AG) for the State you happen to live in. Once you find out your States' "Do-Not-Call" telephone number, just call that number from each of your numbers - whether it be a land line, or cell phone. Then the AG folks will register each of your telephone numbers. If you continue to get calls that do not have the courtesy to leave a message or name, you can file a complaint with your Attorney Generals' Office. That is how it works here in Michigan at least. In Lincares' case for example, they would have to pay a pretty hefty fine. Hope this helps! - CPAPuserCalled them back and informed them that I do NOT answer calls with caller ID of UNAVAILABLE or OUT OF AREA. I think they couldn't care less. :-(

- BSM replies to seadog| 1 replyFYI "nation wide" is one word. Nationwide. Didn't go over that when you were educated? Is it possible somebody could be lying when they say it's Lincare?
- Real MichiganderThey called at 8:22p while I was.out. I called back and left a message as they were closed.
I gave my name and number and told them to remove my number from their system as I would call them when I required their services.
I also stated, I'm in pain, tired, rarely get a decent sleep without the constant harassment and have made this request on multiple occasions with the live rep (same guy every time) that would wake me three or more mornings a week.
I finished by letting them know that regardless, any further communication would be on my terms as their number has been added to my call blocker.- Caller: Lincare

- Puzzled| 1 replyNot sure why they called me. I don't have and never have had a c-pap machine.
