This collection company should be shut down.
I cancelled my Humana plan and received  the cancellation confirmation.
Then came the letters and phone calls--usually 2 daily at different times.I called and gave them all the pertinent information  but they want $45.00 for December.I changed my policy to the VA.

They are harrasing my wife who is unable to answer due to a medical problem.
I am going to notify the Attorney General to put this scam agency out of business.

I've been getting calls from these guys after already sending them a letter telling them not to call me on an alleged debt of $49. I disputed the debt yet they keep calling. Apparently, they ignore even the disputer letter or even care about the FDCPA.

i work for this dept at rms i will let all of u know we have a new system with taking out numbers that has been working correctly. Also if u have been getting calls where it asks for you to press 3 to remove your number it has NOT been working correctly just press number 1 and speak to one of my coworkers we will gladly assist you in having your number removed. i do understand that collection agents seem like evil people but we are all not that bad.

"Someone I knew got a call from these people today on their voicemail and they left an automated message saying this is Patricia from RMS and that "my name" should listen to it in private and not in the presence of other people because it contains personal information. Then it goes ahead and says the call is to collect a debt and to call them back at 888-545-4170."  I got this too. Actually left on relatives phone. If they should not be leaving such messages, then I'd really like to know. They are sharing private information with others.

No it's NOT illegal. Once you call somebody's phone, there is NOTHING you can do to force them to hang up or claim that if they don't it's illegal. Try calling the right person instead. Typical shill response from yet another collector assshat who thinks they can do their "job" on 800 notes, trying to imtimidate victims of your own incompetence.

Some job. Write when you get a real job, scum.

I keep getting calls from this number, it is a recording and it says this call is for tabula(not sure what they saying but sounds like this) Press one if Tabula, press two if not tabula,  then I press this and it says press one to put this call on hold to go get tabula or press three if this is not tabula number,  then it says sorry for this inconvenience but they keep calling, and I never get a number to press to get unsubscribed from this number

Don't ever call a debt collector back, unless you want to start the 7 year cycle of legal collection again. Don't send them anything, because that acknowledges them as having a legal right to collect the supposed debt. As far as AARP scumbags, all the certified letters in the world will not stop them, or any company from turning their B.S. claim over to a garage/basement collection (agency) that buys debts for pennies on the dollar. They are betting those pennies on you being naive...

The only two ways of putting the final nail in their coffin is to either block their numbers and ignore them, or pay a lawyer/paralegal about $25 to shut them up. If you are on disability, don't even worry about them...good luck!
