Oh so true. Hope no one falls for this scam. Heather has called my cell twice this week so far leaving that same message about coming to snatch me up

This is a phishing scam, they obtain voice recordings to use in connection with all uour info gathered through public records and attempt to get current financial and residence info in order to make fraudulent charges on your accounts or even open new ones in your name - Do not call pr deal with these theives.

This is a total scam, they sadly get older folks and disabled persons tp hive them their info with their scare tactics - know your rights! Everything they say & do in these scams is against fair credit collections practices ... I worked in collections before and you can not falsely represent as an attorney or a rwp for an attorney's office EVER ... so simply asking for the firms info and the court case docket # will show you these guus are fake, because you can look up an attorney by checking your State's bar website to check the attorney out & obtain office # AND you can check court docket numbers with a call to local county courthouse or even through case index search that most counties offer at no charge on-line - ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check it out - NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give your information - do not even confirm information they seem to have because that helps them build their files to commit fraud in your name!

Ive been getting the same calls, same person, same message  etc but she calls from phone # 530 200 8086.

I received three calls from 562.202.5875 in Norwalk by a Heather Lockwood saying she needed to deliver legal papers to me at home or my place of business and if i need to update the address to call 888.587.7407. When I called the 888 number it rang about 4 times and a man answered the phone saying "IRS." I told them him my messages and he had my phone number on caller ID and said I was not supposed to be on the list and told me he would take me off. Very strange! I hope i just didnt confirm my number for a bunch of other scams in the future!! Do Not Call either number!

I received a call from heather lockwood who was in the field. Then i talked to a guy named kevin. I started to question him and he told to to talk to mrs washington than mrs cheryl courtland came on and said i owed a old bill for about $4000 and she had the right to break down the price for me to pay to stop any further action to $770.00. But now i have read others i just hung up. Omg

This morons call every day from a different local number leaving the same message. Idiots. I have a credit alert setup. I don't owe anyone money. This people need to go to jail.

Jan. 4, 2018 Message left from Heather called from 888-587-7407. Said she was working to serve me legal papers and would show up at my home of place of employment if I didn't call back. Said I'd need a supervisor present to witness my signature of service. Left no other information

Heather Lockwood left same kind of message calling from 248-215-0785. Scam call.

I get calls from this "Heather" from different numbers including some from out of state at home and on my cell phone. I never call back. I just continue to block their number.

Got a call (that really was a recording) this morning from a Heather.  Most everyone above has had similar recordings: My name is Heather Lockwood at this time I have been retained to come in contact with you to serve you legal notice I'm due to execute this out to your home residence and or place of employment. If I am unable to reach you at your home residence and I will be forced to serve you at your place of employment. Please make sure that you do have two valid forms of ID and then the supervisor is present to sign off as a witness. If you have any questions or concerns or if you need to change the time date or location of the delivery of the summons you must contact the filing firm. Telephone number to the office is 888-587-7407

Sounded like a machine calling me and said i need to call back for the firm or some weird stuff. Googled the number and saw i wasnt the only one. Pathetic people

I got a message too from heather but when I called back some one name Suzanne answering machine came on what is going on

Same type call left, reported the Michigan number 248-215-0785 and 888-587-7407 to authorities. Scam caller.
