I work for Westlake. It's the best. We wouldn't annoy you so much the payments were made on time and if you didn't have bad credit.

Hey ding dong...you obviously are not reading the posts..they are calling people BEFORE payment is due....over and over....its one thing to be late and to come looking for payment..its another to harass people days before a bill is due...quite honestly your attitude is exactly the problem people are having...YOU are not a good reflection on the company even though you are on here sticking up for them with your stupid comment.

If you work for Westlake Financial Services than there is a good possibility that you have made some of these unwanted calls to my residence. You state that these calls are made because payments are behind, well I am not behind in my payments and have not been and I am receiving thiese calls relentlessly every month starting the day before my payment is due.  Additionally, I have paid an extra three dollars a month for the honor of depositing my payment directly into the bank account of Westlake.  So you are either totally uneducated regarding the company you work for or just another vulture working for them.  If you are not a vulture you should look for a new job

I received a call from them this afternoon, I as well have a Westlake account, I have never missed a payment and my due date is the 20th. I called back and talked to a very nice rep who advised me they were making COURTESY calls due to the holidays and what not they were calling customers and offering payment extensions or payment plans. How thoughtful! I declined as I only have 2 payments left and will have no problem paying it however I've had plenty of loans in the past and the banks have never been so considerate. You know when I first got my loan through them I googled their name and was quite frightened by what I read people really make them out to be horrible, but I have to say they don't deserve the rap they get, even if they are aggressive they kind of have to be, they give out high risk loans to people in bad positions and if the weren't so cut throat about payments they probably wouldn't make any money. I have made my payments on time and have never spoken to them once other than tonight. I think they are a great company who really helped me out when nobody else would. Make your payments and you will have the same experience as me! THANK YOU WESTLAKE!

This number calls me all the time.  My car is paid off and furthermore, my car payment was thru my credit union and was NEVER LATE.  My credit union took money out of my account.  I think I'm going to report this company.  So, the person who works for them and said something about pay your bills or not having good credit - you people need to stop herrassing folks that has nothing to do with your company.  And by the way, the money you are trying to collect does not belong to you, so stop calling with attitude like it is your money!!!!  And by the way I have GREAT CREDIT!!!

Don't even get me started with westlake. I financed in 07 and I'm about to pay it off (less than 500.00) now and they are threatening to repo my car tonight if I do not pay a past due amount.the funny thing is I had good credit when I started with this company and I was late a few times and my score dropped dramatically. I will NEVER recomend this company to anyone they are rude and aren't flexible at all.. I'm just glad I'm not in california they would hear it from me big time. So if anyone works for westlake sorry but just because you work for them you do not have to be a [***] to this company. You would feel the same way if your account went into default or was late a few days. This economy is hard enough but I guess there is no cnn or news channels in los angeles.

How do I get them to stop calling? I got a phone last week and everyday they call and call, when I answer I get a voice message telling me to call them! I don't know who "Jose" is either but judging by the voicemails they are sending him he's in trouble. They shouldn't be sharing his financial info with me on voicemail either.

Is there an easy way to get off their call list?

They call me once a month right  before my due date....I was glad they financed me since no one else would but it is pretty annoying when they call me.  I can not understand them on the phone at all.   What is funny is when I answer, they ask me how they can help me.....I tell them, "You called me, how can I help you??"

Keep getting texts from this number. Something about auto insurance expiring and they need proof of insurance. Reading prior comments have determined they are texting to wrong number as we have no auto loan with anybody and only people concerned with our coverage would be the State of California!

I just bought my car 2 weeks ago, I put down over $2500.00 and my first payment is not due until the middle of March and they have already started calling me. What a bunch of Morons! I wish that they would call me at work so I could transfer them to the Attorneys that I work for and have them give them a few pieces of advice on ethics. :)
You just have to smile.....idiots....plain and simple; uneducated idiots! Thank God that you value yourself enough NOT to work for a company such as this and pray for the souls of those who do Haahaahaahaa :)

I recently received a call from this number and all I heard was fumbling of papers on my voicemail. The morons are calling and do not leave messages. The funniest part of it is that I have NEVER done business with them . . . My car has been paid off since June 2010 (LMAOF) . . . I'm sure they've hired some illegal aliens, dyslexic or highschool drop out to make calls and are incapable of pressing correct telephone numbers to call people and harass them for minimum wage. Idiots . . . I just registered with the Do Not Call Registry and hopefully this will do the trick . . . (Fingers Crossed) . . . LOL

I'm sure if was a highschool dropout working for minimum wage calling you. They probably couldn't even join the military because they are too illiterate and stupid to handle a simple conversation and probably have to read responses out of their little tattered handbook covered with stalls from spilled soda and koolaid that they purchased with their welfare check. LOL

Honey, don't worry about it. . . Telemarketers are merely people who can't hold real jobs like the rest of us. Telemarketing companies are always opening and closing all over the nation. They hire people with GED's and highschool diploma's who were too stupid to attend a college/ university and attain degrees like us . . . LOL

Did your boss at Westlake ask you to make up a BS testimonial to submit on this site??? . . . Did they offer you a 25 cent raise or bonus? . . . I bet you wish you had listened to your parents and went to college . . . Was that you that I saw on that ridiculous telemarketing ad on tv? You would have been better off doing the Herpes commercial . . . Might have received better pay . . . .

I bet you regret not attending college to attain a degree. Must suck to be in such a situation when your friends are successful and you are making minimum wage and having to get cussed out by customers. Go to school and get a real job instead of trying to obtain brownie points and earn a 25 cent raise by displaying niceties (and yes, niceties is a word. . ) on your monitor so that your boss with the highschool diploma will pat you on your back.

Yes Westlake is annoying, I make my payments two weeks in advice and they still call so I can change my payment date to suit them.  If they didn't like that date they should have changed it when I purchased my car.  If I said no the first time and haven't called back than I'm not interested in changing my payment date.
