- Karen SRX replies to DavidM| 5 repliesDid you ever start this website ?i need help dealing with Westlake at the current time
- Kellie replies to Karen SRX| 4 repliesYou are replying to posts from 2011. and 2012.
Be reasonable, they could be dead by now, that's 6-7 years ago. - Karen SRX replies to Kellie| 2 repliesKellie, thank you for your opinion but I don’t recall my message engaging your input at all . I figure if there are so many people STILL having problems with this company these many years later that the websites may still be active.
- TheRealSeriously® replies to Karen SRXApparently you don't get that people who post here are not notified when you reply to them. THAT is what Kellie meant. You're better off doing your own research than replying to posts that old

Same can be said about your reply to "DavidM", but when someone seems to be lost, as your post indicates, others will try to be helpful. Kellie was trying to alert you to the fact your post may never be seen by "DavidM" and you most likely just wasted your time on such an old post.Quote:I don’t recall my message engaging your input at all .
Your "tone" has caused others like myself to reply to you, to also inform you of the fact this is not a Private Message system and since your post(s) are public, they will be seen by everyone who passes by this thread and reads it. So for future reference, ALL your posts are subject to being "engaged" by anyone who has something to "input" about what you wrote.
As TheRealSeriously® mentioned, you will get your answers faster by researching them on your own, rather than rely on a post from 6 years ago. Try a websearch of a few words like: "Westlake loans civil action" and you will find all sorts of useful information available. - T replies to Westlake| 1 replyI just purchased my vehicle, and they have been calling me everyday, sometimes twice. When I answer the phone, silence. My bill isn’t even close to being due.
- BigA replies to TThat troll, posting a an employee, made that post back in 2011 and 8 years later will certainly never see your reply. I would suggest that you either call them directly or send them a letter asking why they are calling you since you are not overdue on your payments.
- Pam from SCJust made 3rd payment today(due date). They called yesterday & today. Wtw? Chill dudes!
- Caller: Westlake
- Call type: Debt collector
- Advice replies to friskyhunt| 1 replyIf I were you I would try to think of away to escape westlake finance
- BigA replies to AdviceWell that post was made in 2011, clearly evident by the date under the screen name. I suspect that person has that car paid off by now considering 8 years has passed by.
- Rachael replies to WestlakeThere is no excuse for calling the day before or day of when you haven't even given the person a CHANCE to pay it!!!!
- ihatewestlake replies to WestlakeThis company calls me before my payment is due, then serial dials my number MONTH AFTER MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY PAYMENTS ARE ON TIME AND MY CREDIT IS GOOD. Westlake sucks and so does their fee-ridden service. I can't believe how much this company has gutted, tricked, harassed, and charged for every little thing they can over a small auto loan.

- Krae replies to WestlakeI've not been late and my credit is fair, so don't call unless it's late not before it's due.
- Krae replies to WestlakeI call BS I have not been late and my credit score is 750, don't call before it's due.
- Chris replies to Fightbackfirst off if you didn't have a credit score of below 550 and having alot of collection accounts you would have got a real loan i know this becose I'm in the same boat but I'm working to improve mine also westlake dose not sell cars that would be like comparing it to us bank they only wright loans your problem is with the dealer so pay your bill
- Joseph replies to FightbackI reported Westlake last month, to the CPFB, CA DA's Office, NHTSA and BBB. They run a financial scheme where their "bank" has issues with processing ACH transactions. But have no problem using Debit Charge to obtain their payments.
Problem here is, ACH is a free method to make a payment. Westlake, will NSF ($25) by NOT performing the ACH when scheduled, then late fee, then $5 convenience fee for using a debit card that is from the same bank account. The funds can sit in my account for 5 months, until Westlake's hires a repossession service to tow my vehicle. I then pay their fees, and repo cost... voila same problem, rinse and repeat.
WESTLAKE is a scam. you can tell by their BBB posts.
