This is the worst finance company ever.  Don't get started with them. They are rude, aggressive, and harass you constantly.  Plus it's a RIP OFF with the interest they charge.  They are a bunch of thugs.

If they call me one more time(Westlake Financial) I am just going to start reading scriptures out the bible.They dont let up so I will probably end up reading the whole chapter.Them busters .I have paid them off 3mos ago.Arent they sleepy and tired of harassing people.

Due to my having NOT had a job in 2 years, I have made the decision, I can no longer AFFORD the vehicle I financed thru Westlake. I called the COLLECTION department to advise them I had decided to put the car into Repo.  The IDIOT I spoke to got quite NASTY with me and advised me, THEY WERE GOING TO HANDLE THIS, THEIR WAY----- NOT MINE. Rather shocked at the way he was vebalizing towards me, I decided to FIGHT BACK.  BEING just as nasty back to this low-life CREATON, I advised him, if I was to receive any other nasty, threatining, or INTIMIDATING calls from his firm, I would contact the CALIFORNIA STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS office, and have them and their staff INVESTIGATED.  ( Westlake is located in California )
Since this call was made 3 day's ago, I have NOT received any call's back in reference to my advising them I wanted the car to go into REPO.....Im not sure what the plan of ATTACK is, or how they want to play out this game, but I have phone records indicating I spoke with these FOOLS....should they decide to Play FOUL BALL......Im ready and waiting......as my fingers are itching to contact those in California Government who im sure would be more than willing to INVESTIGATE another OBNOXIOUS corporation.

Dont ever do phone payments w/ them the will take more then what you auth and lie about what you said.  I had a supervisor pull up the call after 3 days of calling and calling them.  Then she mixed up my words and finally told the truth after i said lets listen together!  Then she said the check will be over nighted for the difference.  2 months later still aint seen this check!  I gave up and just let it apply to the account.  Them using local fake #s is bs.  Im still trying to figuare out if this is leagal at all..

I got a loan through Westlake two years ago. I paid off my loan this summer. Can you tell me why they are still calling me about my account and will give 300 dollars toward the next purchase. This been going on for months now. Until today I called and told them to take me off the calling list. Very unprofessional and rude employees. I had the same issues, them calling before the due date never had a company like that harrassed me. I will never ever get a loan from them again. Also, will try to tell anybody that I now never deal with them..

Phone Number Report: They are calling our business everyday asking for an "anthony" and they have been told there is no one hear by hat name and to remove our # from their data base. They continue to call sometimes twice a day and I have told them we will sue them if they don't quit calling here.

I just got a new cell phone and the number I got must have been issued to a dead beat. I get calls from this number, 888-739-9192, at least 10 times a day. I have blacklisted the number so I no longer get the calls but it is quite an annoyance.

I keep getting calls from Westlake as in every couple minutes.  When I went to get my car financed I was told by J&R auto Sports that Westlake denied financing me and got me financed with Reliabel Credit.  I am making my payments to Reliable but Westlake keeps calling as if I owe them money.  I don't owe your company a dime!!!!! You never financed my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to return the call and got the automated thing saying there are no operators to speak with me.

What do you mean they use a fake Repo Agency? Could you please explain this to me, have you had a run in with west lake as well, do you finance a car through them and they keep saying they are going to repo it or is a repo company calling you?

I had a car through you, no tag for 2.5 years and paying insurance plus a note for a vehicle that was illegal to drive. Even the DMV started to question your company and if you even owned a title to said vehicle.
I mean 2.5 years to produce a piece of paper to get a tag??? Now that's for the Guiness book of world records.

I don't have bad credit and I do make my payments on time.  They called me a week before my payment was due constantley, 3-4 times a day.  Money mongers is a good name for this company.  They even called me before it was due at 4:30 am on a Sunday.   What a bunch of scuttle butts.  I told them if it continued they could have the car back.  But instead I am changing my phone number, that otta stop this BS.  Who ever owns the company is obviously hurting for money.  Thug ass.  Oh by the way, If westlake financial is "so great" that doesn't say much for your conscience now does it.

These jerks called me about some one else that used me as a reference. What, am I their collection agency because I know somebody that owes them money? F#$% that. Westlake, you suck. Don't call again.

We have got to put a stop to Westlake and their harassing calls. I just got off the phone with a Jessica and asked them to stop calling me every single day.... She states they do not follow any FDCPA laws and they will keep calling. I work in collection and this is 100% against the law... I want them to keep calling just to make my court case even stronger. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I have gotten into so many arguments with the rude reps for one to tell me if it wants for him I wouldn't have a car, I asked for a manager and this fool told me to hang up and call back if I wanted a manager. I also contacted the SVP Harvey Singh about a month ago and.......still waiting! They call me about 5 times a day just for reminder calls. I have been asking them to stop giving me reminder calls for about 4 months now. I have a 3 year loan but I will have my car paid off in less than a year just so I don't have to deal with them anymore... rot in hell Westlake!!

annoying some one because of late payments is not helping, maybe their should be a protection plan to help me things do happen you know, you would feel so different if you lost your job or was in an accident and became disable
