this number called and i kept holding and the guy came on the line for Beatriz Suarez. thats not me and i told him please dont call this number again. the guy kept saying why would we call this number why would we call this number..i hung up.

calls everyday and leaves a message that i can not understand.

I am getting numerous calls from these people about a debt for someone. The person they call for isn't at this phone number. I called them to tell them not to call, they argued with me and insisted on getting my name. I told them I wasn't the person they were looking for and wanted them to stop calling my number. The agent was very rude and asked ME why I was bring difficult!!! They are calling the wrong number and disturbing me and I'm being dificult??? WOW....

I keep getting calls for a "Robert Evans" about a debt. The call is a recording. I am not Robert Evans. I'm tired of getting these calls on my cell phone. When I don't have my glasses I can't see the caller id, so I can't ignore it.

The phone rings with this number almost on a daily basis.  There is no one on the other end it is a machine saying, "This is a call for ..... if you are not....hang up....we will give you 3 sec to hang up.  If you are....do not listen to this call as we are a debt collector.  
How can we get them to stop calling.  We are making monthly payments on the debt so I am not sure why we are getting these calls.

keep getting calls from this 888-876-2814 on my cell phone, sometimes twice per day. I have NO outstanding bills I am aware of so don't know why a collection agency would be calling me.

Calls repeatedly. Says push 2 if you are Bob.I am not Bob and I push 2 and hang up.Same day here the call comes again. We have been playing this dance for weeks. How do you get rid of this caller???

They are Capio Partners a collection agency from Duluth, GA. I too have received harassing phone calls from them demanding payment on a debt that is not mine. They have the wrong name and the wrong address...

I urge everyone getting harassing calls from them to contact the Attorney General's office for the state of Georgia and file a complaint about a company within their jurisdiction committing what amounts to telephone harassment.

Collection Company. Calling 3 times a day for a 6 year old debit that I was not aware of, they refuse to provide proof of the debit, all they do is get angry when you question their authority to collect or validate. Refuse to remoove work number from list, refuse to communicate via US Mail.

This company attempting to collect on a Rural Metro Debt where there has been no contact in over 3 years since it was PAID in full. They refuse to listen and go over billing and payments until escalated. Ms. Riddick, stopped listening to reason also refused to escalate, the calls continue will not remove/delay auto dial calls until after documentation sent, h these repeating even after accounting PROOF request,
WATCH OUT with these guys make sure you DEMAND documents!

Every day at least one call, I do not answer unknown callers.

keep getting calls from this number. medical collection. insurance never filed, been fighting with THEM over it, but they turn it over anyway. i let it go to voice mail. VERY unprofessional caller, music in background, people yelling, person on phone says, HELLO, HELLO, HELLO over and over. they call at all times of the day and night, even sundays! wish we could report them. I will not call them back, so they can't verify the number.

This number calls at LEAST 5 times EVERY day - on my cell phone. I finally caught the call today. They are a collection agency - trying to collect a supposed medical debt from 2004!!! wtf. I'll be calling them back to get their mailing address so that I can inform them that the statute of limitations in the state of Texas is 4 years...even if it was legit, they're too late!

Person from this company called and asked for my identification.  I asked what his company did and he immediately got angry and argumentative.  I said this call is over and hung up.

Guess I've become a member of the same "club" as others here. Been receiving at least once a day calls from this number for the last two weeks. The recorded message asks for some strange person's name, then asks me to hang up or press "2" if I'm not that person. Been doing that every time, but the calls persist anyway.

I'll be sending a 'cease and desist' letter today via certified mail, return receipt requested -- with copies to the Attorney General of both Georgia and South Carolina. Hopefully that will stop the calls (but these days, I doubt it.)

Have been receiving several calls from them.  I finally called them back.  They are Capia Partners - medical collection agency looking for my brother.  Said they would block my number from their system.  I have also rec'd mail from a collection agency for my brother but I have always returned it to sender - no such person.  The mail was probably from them also.  I never paid attention to the name sending it.

Sounds like you should just ignore it and the SOL (statute of limitations depending on where you live) may be up. Find out what your SOL is in your state. Where I live, it is 6 years. Some states are 3 years and others are 10. That info is on the net, but don't make a payment or the time frame starts all over again.

They are Capian Partners, or whatever their name is. I don't believe this company is legit. This is a collection agency. We are in 2009, they called me to collect a balance due at at hospital here in Houston from 2000. I have never been hospitalized in 2000. I only been in the hospital for 2 of my deliveries that was one in 2005 and another one in 2009 and I have full health coverage. I have told them repeatedly that that's not me. Another thing is how did they get my cell #, they told me they have their ways. I have had my cell # for 3 years now.. CREEPY !!. I ask them to send me something by mail and they refuse....

BE CAUTIOUS..I will suit for harassment!! Once I rec' a copy of the invoice they're harassing me for.

Waiting for statute of limitations does not help. They just sell the debt to some other collector and redate the debt.  The 6 or 7 years starts over.  My coworker just had this happen.
