Sales Representative
As a Sales Rep with Capio Partners you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Position will generate and follow-up leads for portfolio purchases and contingency collections. 3 to 5 years sales experience required; healthcare industry experience a plus.

Call Center Representative
This position will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls using the Ontario Systems Artiva system. Familiarity with a call center environment is a plus, but not required. Monthly bonuses are offered for this position.

Call Center Floor Supervisor
This position will be responsible for overseeing 5-15 call center representatives and ensuring maximum call efficiency at all times. Monthly bonuses are offered for this position.

You must be the annoying debt collector-

This number has called my cell phone several times, and as always, my automatic response is to ignore an unknown caller, but they just keep trying.

They keep calling me. When I ask what it is in reference to, they hang up. They have called several times in 2019.

4 calls to my cell in less than 8 minutes!  Answered and a female voice asked if "Sandra" was there.  Told her no one by that name here and she was polite and told me she would remove my number from the system.

FAIR DEBT COLLLECTION PRACTICES ACT Section 809. Validation of debts [15 USC 1692g]
(b) If the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period described in subsection (a) that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, or that the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor, the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt, or any disputed portion thereof, until the debt collector obtains verification of the debt or any copy of a judgment, or the name and address of the original creditor, and a copy of such verification or judgment, or name and address of the original creditor, is mailed to the consumer by the debt collector.

I received a letter back from the Attorney General of Missouri stating that they are Capio Partners. The Attorney General of Missouri said that since the calls may be collection attempts, not telemarketing, the MO No Call law does not apply to the company. However, they gave me the address and said, if it is not my debt, I can send them a letter via certified mail telling them my phone number and the reason I want the calls to stop. If I continue to have problems, I can file a complaint with the MO Consumer Protection Division.

Therefore, I suggest you either contact your state Attorney General, or go online to your state do not call registry and file a complaint.

This collection agency is relentless. I shouldn't have any outstanding bills. I am the kind of person that always tries to tie up her loose ends, but they can't tell me a single detail about the supposed money I owe! They are also very obnoxious. They will call 3  times in a row in the early morning. I work nights! I hate these people.

They also report you to the credit bureau. Be aware you can challenge it. Can't believe they get away with this

I believe it is someone trying to scam people they called me and would not give any information about who they are but wanted to know a lot of personal information that I would not give them so they siad they would continue to call and hung up.  I hope someone finds out who they are and sues them for mega $$$. for harassment. My phone only siad it was a toll free call.

Sue them for harrassment, it is against the law for them to call you late at night or early in the morning.
I hope you get rich on them.  Everyone thinks they are a scam, and they seem to have a lot of false or incorrect information and no real proof.   Also they call people about debts that do not exist.

I just received a call from this no. and they wanted to know all of my private info. but when I asked who was calling they would not tell me then they hung up.  I think they are guilty of harrassment.  I hope someone will sue them for a lot of $$$.

They call us constantly, but no one's there when we pick up.  We've had this phone # for 6 months and have been getting calls from them the whole time.  Beyond annoying.

They keep calling me for my ex-daughter in-law, who's girls I am raising they keep calling even after I tell them she does not live here and that she will not allow me to give out her cell phone number. I tell them to call her parents and let them filed her collection calls they just tell me they have the right to call me until they find her my attorney Say's different and I am filing suit

They called and left a message "meant for Joanie ___" [same last name as mine, but no one I ever heard of], demanding I hang up if I wasn't "Joanie."  Then left a message with a callback number, saying it was a collection issue.  Weird:  the female voice said that by not hanging up immediately, and listening to the message, I was acknowledging I was "Joanie" and must return the call promptly.  (How would she know I didn't hang up, and cheated by listening, when she was talking to an answering machine?)

I called the 888-876-2814 number today after receiving a call from them on my cell phone that I didn't answer. I called them back using my landline. She asked if I knew a certain person, which I didn't, and she told me she would block my phone number. Very polite lady.

They've called my house twice looking for an ex wife from 20 yrs ago and has NEVER had my current phone number or address.  They wouldn't tell me what it was about so I told them to never call me again.

These creeps call me on my cell phone. I don't know who they are why they call. I am going to try to block their number.

I keep getting a call from this number about two days every week and they call 3 to 5 times during those 2 days. They refuse to give any info about the firm except that the name is Capia Partners. They gave me the name of the individual they are looking for but I do not know that person so I asked that they remove my number. If people weren't paying their bills prior to the recession, what makes this company think they will get paid now? STOP CALLING MY PHONE!
