they just called me from a local 615 number, and give me this number to call them back, then when i did they were very smart mouthed. They need some help if you know what I am saying. and they call all the time, and its not even for me.

Just got a phone call from them.  Said they were looking for J---- B----.  I told them there was no one by that name at this number and that I'd had the number for 4 years.  Very nice & polite woman said she would remove the number and thanked me.  We'll see if there are any more calls.

I've gotten 2 or 3 calls from this number in the past 2 months. I never answer the phone and so far they have not left me a voicemail.

If this is in relation to unpaid medical fees, they've got the wrong person because all of my medical debts are paid off. I also called the hospital billing department just to double-check.

Thanks to what other people here have said, I don't think I'll be picking up for this number anytime soon.

Break down and buy Digitone call blocker ... best 100 bucks I ever spent..  Blocks area codes and indiviual numbers like no other.. Block 888 800 out of area etc calls..  My phone only rings when it is someone I know.

If they say its for your father then you broke the law by misrepresenting yourself as your father. Also a collection agency can only send a notice of debt saying you owe.What else would you need? Original bills were sent a long time ago from the original creditor.

Capio Partners operates under all enforced laws and only call when it is legal. Do you think they really want to be there calling really early in the morning or late at night? I doubt the debt doesnt exist, because its on your credit

The reason you get hung up on is probably because you don't verify who you are... I paid Capio Partners the bill that I owed they were very nice and helpful and I got a receipt within a week after paying my bill. Thank you Capio Partners

This # belongs to a debt collection agency called Capio Partners. I owe a debt there yes. And yes they are a legit company.... legitimate for screwing you without lube! I am a student and don't get much money but attempted to pay. I gave them a $50 payment last month to stop the calls. A miss West made me a deal and assured me that if I had any issues with the other payment I have set up for Oct 29, which is when I thought I would have my pellgrant money, that as long as I called the day before then she would work with me. My 2nd payment was for the rest of what I owed, $244, but I didnt get my school money like I thought. I called a few days before just to be sure and spoke to someone who claims they were a manager, Breana, and she wouldnt cancel the payment eventhough I wont have the money, but said she would push it up to the 31st in hopes I would get my money. I called yesterday @ 2:08pm to cancel that payment since I found out I won't get any money for a few more weeks, but no one answered, so I left them a voice mail. The time is documented on my cell phone. I waited all day and they never called back. Probably because they knew I couldn't pay. I called again today, as I was assured I could by miss West and spoke to a David. I told David I needed to cancel the payment for $244 tomorrow but was willing to pay a little. He tried to help but said only my account rep could change the payment and she wasnt there, so he asked his supervisor, who happens to be that same [***] who wouldnt work with me Breana. That woman refused to speak with me about it, David had to come back on the phone and told me that she said she wont cancel the payment eventhough I did the right thing by calling the day before & even the day before that. David explained that their phones were down when I called yesterday, but someone could have called me back. The reason their manager wouldnt cancel the payment is because I didn't call on the 29th WHEN I DID. ITS NOT MY FAULT THEIR PHONES DONT WORK AND DONT CHECK THIER MESSAGES! That's not fair! Now I'm gonna owe the bank for bounced check fees because Capio Partners woulnt keep their word, and all I got was an apology from this David guy since the manger there wasnt adult enough to tell me herself. Then mysteriously he found my account rep miss West, he said she could help me, but all I could think about is how screwed I am so I hung up. They already told me that their manger Breana wont stop my check from going through tomorrow so what else was there? I would have paid a little bit on it, but not now since I will be in the hole at the bank I wont be able to afford it. So Capio Partners are really nice until you can't pay. When I get my pellgrant money, instead of paying my debt to them, I'm gonna use it to SUE them!

Can anyone tell me if I have a case? They told me if I call the day before the payment they could either change or stop it then didnt keep their word. Does anyone know if I can sue and how?

collection agency for sure. they are trying to collect for medical bills that my old insurance company refused to pay dispite the charges being covered by my plan. i refused to pay due to the fact that the insurance company was legally obligated to pay. the hospital turned my bill over to this company who calls me EVERY DAY. i have never answered, and will never answer. they can keep trying for all i care.

I have received a call from these people two times already.  Funny thing is that I have no idea who this person is that they are calling for.  I called them back and told them that I do not know who the person was they wanted and they told me that they would remove my number from their list.  I am starting to get calls from lots of DEBT Collectors for people that I do not know or have never lived at my house.  Where do they get their information from because it surely is incorrect.

First of all ID says "800 Service', and other users claim they're "Capian Partners".  Anyway I get this call and the same noise comes as the noise I make when I got a bad headache.

Capio have been fined and sanctioned for their unethical and illegal behavior-dont talk to them!

I was being harassed by Capio {artners twice a day for over 2 months for a medical bill that was not my responsibility to pay. I am disabled and on Medicaid. They refused to send me any paper-work to take to my case-worker, and told me they would call me every day till I paid them $444.00.
 I finally went to the Job and Family Services and had my case-worker call them in his office from MY cell phone. He actually read them an Ohio statute regarding trying to collect from someone on Medicaid. This collector began yelling at him and accusiimg him of lying about who he was. So my case-worker told the collector to call him at his dirct phone number at OJFS.
 More screaming, and he finally hung up on them. They then began to harass him daily. I believe after a phone call and letter by the law department, they finally got the hint. That was 2 years ago. Have not heard a word since.
