- ryanAhh, So glad I found this site from Google!
I recieved this Bogus looking card in the mail. I havent ordered anything. The tracking number looked so cheasy, I used to work at the UPS store and this all seemed odd.....Maybe If i could find this scam artist I could reach in his pocket and get us all what he owes us....So aplogies.
Ryan - TexanI just bought a home and got one of these cards, I called them and end getting an offer to check the quality of the water so it looks to me they are trying to sale filtering systems.
If got one then consider not to call - lindaI just got one of these in the mail. Wasn't expecting anything so I googled and found this site. Apparently they're targeting northeast Georgia now. Ain't calling!!

- Stephen replies to todd| 5 repliesI got the same card so I did some research. This DMC Services has a couple of corporations registered in Florida the Federal ID number of the first one is Michael D. McCrory, LLC 45-3243499 and the second is D@M Cable Installations, Inc. 47-0957619. Both Limited Liability Corporations are registered to Michael D. McCrory who lives at [residential address removed].
Wouldn't you hate to have this guy visit your house for a cable installation or anything else for that matter?! - Sarah replies to javalawthe stamp is what got me questioning. If they have been to my house, why did they have to mail the card, first class no less...
- Bambi replies to Stephen| 1 replyThanks just returned the card to his private address.
- Poffforever!I got the same card. I called and nobody answer. I called again...and while waiting I google it. Thank U. I was thinking it was a scam. Why is the government not stoping these things? Don't call. They are in west TN now!
Thank you for posting your experiences!- Caller: DMC SERVICES

- ZantacRec'd same post card, and since I love playing with these fools, I called the number. Asked me for the tracking number, then my name. Then asked for my address. This is when I asked why? Lady on the other end explained that she needed 3 pieces of information in order to "track the package" - tracking number, name, and address.
I thought this to be illogical, so I asked how had they been attempting to deliver an important package to my home if they didn't have my name and address tied to that tracking number.
Click - she hung up. Counldn't answer that one could you sweetie??- Caller: DMC Services

- robertDMC Services is a sales person saying that want to deliver a product of your choice for a little of your time. Basicly they want to sell you a home product. They want to know when someone will be home so can go door to door knocking in your area. Don't respond back....don't answer calls or bother calling them just because they mailed you a post card. Fed Ex ,USPS or UPS will never mail you a tracking number or ask for your address.

- Jay in Franklin, TNI called to find out what this was and it was advertising. A complimentary bottle of Tide! If I get another one of these notices, it's going directly into the garbage.
- April W replies to BambiMe too. Its worth a stamp! I had the same feeling and did some research!
- CYIt's nice that this web site has people saying that this company is a scam, that way future receivers of this card know. But why isn't anyone shutting down this company? That would solve everyone's problems. A web page of complaints doesn't stop someone else from getting a card.
- Rick replies to todd| 1 replydmc is short for direct marketing concepts. Its a phone room in Deltona,Florida. they do marketing for island services. they buy your information from companies, send you out the mailer under the false pretense of having a package for you. in all actuallity there is no package the bottle of tide is there way of getting the sales man into your home. who then will high pressure sell you a water softner system.
- MDMA replies to StephenI am that guy and I am pretty nice if I do say so myself. Somebody has hacked/stolen my info and it has been reported and being investigated. I have no cable company. I was just as confused as everyone else when I started receiving these cards in the mail as well. Which is how I found this site in the first place. Imagine my surprise when I found out I was being named as the culprit.
- JoeJust received one of these things in the mail and it did not make any sense. Why would a company send a post card to someone to let them know they missed a package? seriously...
The mailed card has a “presorted first class” stamp... Now that is hilarious!!!!!

- Lady in ATLSame thing here. Rec'd card in mail advising a delivery notice to call the 888 phone number. Googled the number and found your postings. Thanks it will save me the trouble of further investigation. If the packaged can't be left then generally there's a notice from the POST OFFICE NOT THE SENDER :)
