I get them calling all the time , I have no unpaid bills , I have never had a credit card and I am not the one they are looking for and after  numerous calls from me , the local police and my MPP and they still call after being told they have the wrong person and they are breaking the law they still continue to harass me 2x a week . I am not daft but do not put these people above the law . As for a paid job ? They can not be too bright after being told this 9x . Are they paid to harass people that have nothing wrong. This seems to happen a lot with this company which by law are supposed to identify themselves and asking people for sin numbers is against federal law except for banks,Canada revenue  not even the police are allowed to know that cause the number is worth a few grand on the black market id .       Thanks for reading and to the rest as he said pay your bills

Just got a call from 905-507-8889. From what I am reading they are are on a phishing exercise. Be careful these people will use all kinds of tactics like name dropping of other corporate names to get information from you. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ONE THE PHONE.

Yet another scumbag collector that thinks they own the world and are entitled to bs you around...   Don't fall for it and simply ignore or block all future calls from these idiots.  They will give up and move on to other phishies that are stupid enough to answer their phones.   If you really want to lose these potatoheads... just get a new phone number.  They are too lazy to hunt yur new number down...   Time is money and they won't waste their time and money where they have no chance in he** of collecting money ;)

They harass and harass even AFTER you've made payments arrangements! Ask for a manager and you will just get another brainless person with no common sense whatsoever. You're lucky if you can even understand the people who do phone,and they whine and complain like 2yo's on the phone, then call YOU "rude" when they are wasting your time, energy and patience by phoning WAY BEFORE they're supposed to, and keep unnecessarily harassing you for "extra" money and closer pay dates. Yeah, doesn't everyone come into "extra" money 2 weeks before Christmas?? See what I mean about zero common sense? What kind of company doesn't even respect the arrangements THEY made with someone? They are breaching their own agreement. Ugh. There's no point in even talking to anyone from this number as we've spoken to a BUNCH of them and they really are all the same, THUGS.

We had this company call today for one person that isn't at this address and one that is. The lady that called was very polite and well spoken. Now, I've had this number call our number in the past and have had rude people talk to us but we can't say they're all bad. Yes, they're doing their jobs. Yes, some of them can be aggressive and/or harassing but as much as we don't like it, it is their job and believe it or not, it's not their idea to be that way, it's their higher ups in that company that gives them the "ok" to do that. I'm not saying it's right but keeping logs of how many times they've called you and/or save the messages/record calls to prove harassment should help this type of company to "knock it off" as it were.
Some of us fall into that pit of "can't pay right now" so we know somewhere along the line it'll come back on us. Generally if you work with the original company to whom you owe money to, they'll probably suggest some type of payment aggreement or deferred payments to when you can start paying. This doesn't always work but it couldn't hurt to find out instead of fretting over a bill that is growing with interest.

I kept getting these calls, answered one and let them know politely that i was not the person they were looking for (im not) and that i do not know anyone by that name (I dont)

the person on the other line, apologized and thanked me for being polite and was told that i will be removed from the list.

sometimes it pays to remain nice.

Called for Ann Brooks not the right person or number

Got a call today, girl asked for some guy who we don't know. Told her no such person and hung up. Added to call blocking. Ugh! Hate these people.

You keep calling for someone that has passed away now for over 3 years.  When are you expecting the call back?

Had a very difficult time understanding the male at the other end of the line.  He didn't make any sense and was not obliging at telling me who or where He was from. I do not have any unpaid bills or credit cards with any balance.  Finally I told Him never to call me again and so far so good.

I got a message from this number looking foe sean boyle. His name is Winston from D&A collection in behalf of td bank.  I know it's not for me because first, I am not sean boyle second, i don't have a credit card at TD Canada.  I was supposed to call back this number but good thing i searched it first here read all your comments. I will never call this number back.  thanks for the info.

They left a message, it's a D&A collections. IT was a woman with no accent. She identified herself as D&A and calling on behave of TD Canada Trust.  Nothing rude about the message, just not answering collection calls.

I received a call today from this number...asked for me by name so I asked whos calling as i just got this number a month ago... East indian male aaid he was calling on behalf of RBC... Ive never had anything RBC... Ive had the same Scotia account for year...had TD before but closed it out... Anyways when i told him id never had an account and he was instantly rude and told me i can keep running but theyll find me.. How can i run from something i never had... I hang up he calls back right away which is actually illegal.. Once you make contact you are not allowed to call back but i digress.. My husband answers and tells him not to call back again.. He calls 2 more times n leaves a voicemail and basically scolds me for hanging up... Im probably going to go to RBC and figure it out because either ive been frauded or they are a phishing company.. Either way what an aggravating call

Please you piece of human garbage please keep calling me twice a day and demanding I give you that 900$, every time you harass me is another day your not getting your money becse keeping track of the 20+ calls a week (legal limiy is 3) calls a week I get from you I only making it rediculously easy for me to counterclaim of you decide to take me to court, I'd probably even get more than I owe haha haha

called my number and asked for my name to verify my DOB. I refused to provide my personal ID over the phone.
I figured it out that my number listed by Telus  and scam collector company using Canada411.ca listing tried to search and harass me even though I do not owe anyone money... so becareful

D & A Corp, does anyone know the direct email company? I will try to remove my number from their list.

They left a detailed message: who they were- who they were looking for- reason for call- amount owed- for which client.
Problem: they left it on main corporate General Mailbox for anyone to hear. Class Act these people.
They call 3/4 times daily leaving messages anywhere and everywhere. Total disregard to the laws!
