Person called from 9055078889 and said he is from a D&A Group on behalf of Toronto Hydro and said my account is in collection. I hung up saying I will call Toronto Hydro. It was none of Toronto Hydro number or their collection agency number.

Got a call from them this afternoon around 2 saying they are with TD. Asked me to provide a address to verified. No, I did not give them my address. They went on and saying I’m rude..... blablabla.

Someone posted that you can report then to the Ministry at 1-888-268-1142.

The law says they can't call more than once a day, & no more than 3 times in a week.

Criminal Harassment firm employed by TD Bank, masquerading as a larger business but only one person ever answers by name of "Justin." Tell Justin that any more than 2 phone calls qualifies as Criminal Harassment and should be reported to your local police as such.

They never leave a message ..
If they are collections they need to send a letter ..
I have never received anything stating I have anything in collections ..
Nothing on my credit score either ..

They call and hang up. If they do it again I will report them for fraudulent activity.  Pos

Contacted me through my company’s general line. Left a voice message . Kept on saying it is important but don’t say what.  Comments above say it is collection agency then it is [***] phishing call as I don’t owe anyone any place any money.

They don't care. Courts and lawyers making to much easy money with collections.

I keep getting calls from this number plus multiple other numbers for a Matthew Wilson. Keep telling them they have the wrong number and they keep calling back.  Been about a year!  Such a pain in the butt!

They called me many time without leaving a message. Then yesterday they left a message that they call from TD Canada Trust for someone with my family name but not my first name! Interesting point is I HAD account with TD but I cancelled it around 3 years ago! So there is no way the call is for me!!!

This isn't true if your not from Ontario you get no help apparently they can harrass as long as they want consumer people the nonprofit says ignore as there is a statute of limitations in every province once that's over they can't legally do anything so now really no who to believe ?????

I’ve even been sent letters stating the amount I owe! I know for a fact I don’t owe money to who she is saying. Gives me attitude and harasses me all the time!!!

Will not stop calling my number. I have had my phone number for over 3 years and still get debt collection calls from this company and many others asking for someone I have no knowledge of. There seems to be no way to get them to stop. Blocking their numbers might help but doesn't seem to eliminate them, they always pop up using a different phone number. Don't think they're legit because they do not respect people like any reputable business would.
