This call does not come from Honda. They tried to tell me I could get a lower interest rate on my credit card, however the recording didn't identify which bank they were with. I pressed 2 to stop getting further calls and a guy answered the phone. When I told him I wanted to discontinue the calls, he just hung up. Definitely, absolutely a scam.

Just got a call from this number which I did not answer. Tried to call the number and a recording saying the number has been connected or is not in service.

This is a scam! They will rob you blind so don't give them any information. Instead call your local police department and report them. Also go to FBI.gov and report them there as well.

I get that phone number on my caller ID all the time. This a.m. I was home, so I answered it. It was a recording about lowering your CC interest. People, don't get pissed, just put them on your do not call list and always hang up on these kind of calls. It is that easy. Hang up on anyone 'you' want to. It's your phone number, not theirs!!!

The autodialer offered me a lower rate on one of my major credit cards.
I pushed one for more info and spoke with a rep that ask for expiration date and zip code which I supplied.  But when they asked for account number I explained that was too much info and they should have that.
I requested a supervisor and they hung up. Called the customer service for the credit card and was assured the call was illegitimate and criminal.  My card is now cancelled waiting on a new one. The caller ID was from Card Services.  Beware.  I do not understand why law enforcement can not track these people down?

They are Financial Consulting Services. A total scam. They ask for your credit card number to lower the interest rate and then will charge a $700-800 fee! CAll 877-283-8065 to harass them!!!!!

They've changed their Caller ID to read out "Cell Phone CA". Obviously a ploy to get the unsuspecting and/or intellectually marginalized individuals to answer their call and listen to their pitch. Obviously they're a pack of liars. Spoofing the CID as a cell phone by displaying "Cell Phone" -- pathetic steaming puddles of douche, so hey, of course they deserve a break, so why NOT send them $700, why not purchase a better automotive warranty, or why not give them bank account info, or why not recite your Social Security number on request... Okay, who pushed my button again? :-?

This is a complete scam. They call me about twice per day asking me to extend the warranty on my Honda. I don't own a Honda and I never have! The guy wouldn't give me his name and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he started going off on me and hung up. If they call even one more time I'm going to report them to the FCC.

Yeah, they have been using the "Cell Phone CA" identification recently. I agree with you that these people are complete suckbags and I hope the FCC puts the owner of this scam behind bars. Once in there, I hope he meets a nice fella named Bubba... I think you catch my drift!

Last time this offer will be given...Lowering Chase credit card rates they claimed...fishing for further details.

Recieved a call from this number, when i answered it no one said anything. I just laid the phone down and walked away. I came back after a while and heard the operater saying "If you need to make a call, etc".
These people are just human excrement, floating around in the cess pool of society. Just hang up on them when they call. If you don't reconize the number, don't answer the phone. If you have a machine, let them leave a message.
