Yup I just paid mine, forgot too and do you think maybe they would stop calling....noooooo the calls continue....I will give them time to check the site to see it's been paid.....

We received several calls on a daily basis from this Company this entire week.  On 02-19-15 (Thursday) we received six different calls from this comenity!  They used 913-312-3203, 913-312-5172, 913-312-5183 and 720-456-3682.  Ignored five of the calls, but # 6 came when we were entertaining guests, so I picked up the phone.  The lady asked for Sue Carolyn.  There has never been any one by that name living in this home!  When I informed the caller of that fact, she said well don't yell at me.  I never yelled, just stated the number of calls that came today!  She seemed to think it is okay when they disturb me six times in one day at a wrong number!!

They call mine multiple times from various numbers. So block them, but they continue trying. I don't have any of those cards. Maybe previous person with this phone did, but nothing to do with me so continue blocking. Very annoying.

They are continually calling and not leaving a message. I got tired of blocking a mechanically dialed service. I have an app from the Google Store. It is called Call Control. There is a free service, but I recommend getting the full service for a one time price (I have had it so long, I have forgotten the cost.). There is a slider bar that allows you to choose the whole area code! hahaha Now, I am blocking just those b@#$7@$5 with one swipe. :) btw, There is not one card that is on that list for me. I have had calls for other people that have used my number and they have refused to, or do nothing to remove my number. I understand there is a California judgement against this company, if you want to sign up for it.

Comenity Bank they also use the following numbers 913-312-5183 or 614-212-5786. If you have any of the following accounts and you are late on a payment they will hound you until it is paid. day or night starting at 7 am until 9 pm.

It is illegal to call on Sundays. I haven't given the house phone # to anyone for any reason so how this company got this # and my info I don't know but I will not accept calls from anyone who doesn't call me directly or trying to scam me like this company here. Get my name & info off this list immediately before I take further actions.

I'm sure this is probably Victoria's Secret now that I look it up. But when I first answered the phone the lady kept trying to pronounce my last name and asked me how to pronounce it.

I said it doesn't matter, you called me who are you and what do you want?. Then she tried to pronounce my last name again, and I said who are you and what do you want otherwise I need to hang up. To someone trying to find out how to say your last name. I said does it matter?

She said then go ahead and hang up and I did.

I get calls from this number 4-6 times a day, every day!  My phone is an emergency phone only, w/a total of 50 minutes per month.  Since my phone gets charged 1 minute for every call, it has blown up my emergency phone so much that, between this number and another number, I have only 12 minutes for my use for the whole rest of the month!  Can you please get this caller to stop calling my number, which is:  216-645-9155.  Thank you.

Grow up. You're the one who owes a debt. They are doing their jobs. I owe money to them too but I don't go around acting like they're the bad guy. There are a lot of legitimate reasing for people not being able to pay a debt but that does not make the company owed a bad for trying to collect.

I've been a debt collector before and it's awful by the way. It is not illegal to call on Sundays. It's not a scam. You either owe money to them, and in that case they don't have to stop calling you or someone who owes them money used to have your number. Or it could be a fraudulent account someone opened with your information. The best way to take care of it is to talk to them to see who they are looking for and tell them if it's not you. They have to legally stop calling in that case or you can sue them.

Actually they have to stop calling you if you send them a cease and desist letter.  You forgot to mention that they also call people and harass them even though they have never had one of those credit cards.   By the way, why would any honorable, ethical, and moral person want to be a debt collector?  You obviously were not qualified to do honest work.

One has to wonder why these allegedly “legit” companies need so many phone numbers to call people with.
Seems to be a frequent flyer in these pages with a very bad reputation.  Be advised that they are not subject to the FDCPA since they are the creditor.  They may however be subject to state laws.

This # keeps calling me n hanging up.. So when I call back after the 3rd x since 8am they tell me they hang up cause the automated system doesnt recognize my voice.. WTF! And a whole bunch of stores name come up what I don't even own a credit card.. ✌🏼️

They are a debt collector and will call about any and all past due (store cards)  Gander Mountain, Fingerhut, and many many others. So if you have a past due account anywhere they may start calling you.
