- Amber replies to AmberI called and someone answered at 12 pm central time.
- Amber| 1 replyOkay so I spoke with the Woman again and informed her that I had filed bankruptcy. This is where I decided it was a scam. I mean I already have thought they were but this just closed the deal for me. When I told her I filed banko she didnt even want to ask me for the file number of my lawyer. I gave her the file number anyway and asked her if she wanted my lawyers name. She said no all they needed was the file number and she hung up. Now see this is where it gets fishy I have had to give several places my information and every place wanted my lawyers information. What I think happened here is they bought my application information and just making up some number I owe. When they found out I filed banko they dont even want to deal with me anymore. Its a waste of there time trying to scare someone that knows they dont owe. So tell them you filed banko they will stop calling.

- very important replies to Dave| 6 repliesThis is not a debt collection agency or even a valid co. I work in collections and have for 9 yrs. i have revcd calls from this co and another like it. They are fraudulant co - they do not exist. The messages they are leaving are not only illegal, but 100% untrue. Try asking them for an adr to send an atty general compaint, they will hang up on you! Same if you ask for a manager. Bottom line: this is a scam to try to get money out of you. these companies hack into data bases and get you contact info and try to scam you. I had to file an actual complaint with the fbi to get the calls to stop. Hopefully this info will help you. **Also, if the calls dont stop, go to your local police station with the phn#, saved messages (this is important) and the so-called case # and file a complaint.
- J.O.Call rcvd at 11:30amPST 4/29/2011 from Ashley White @ United Arbitration Processing Services or United Arbitration Services regarding an unknown matter and that the person they called for had to resolve this issue and be in court within the next 24 hours....Although I do not think they hold court proceedings on the weekends, being that this is a Friday... Also, they did not know who exactly the were calling for because the name is shared by my dad, whom has been deceased for 12 years or my brother, who is a Police officer for over 10 years... Was told to call Ph#919-408-7049, ext.1, which I tried calling but I hung up after waiting for about a minute... Definitely a SCAM, no doubt! Besides, if they lady was calling from the same company they want you to call back, why wouldn't she have any of the information? I would advise not calling back the number because they could be charging your phone bill or something... I would advise to also write everything down just in case you need it and report it to the highest authority...

- Wanting To Help replies to very important| 4 repliesThanks for this! These people called my parents in Texas yesterda, May 2, 2011. My parents are senior citizens, and were very intimidated by this phone call. I did EXACTLY as you suggested, and told these people that I wanted their address to send an atty general complaint. THREE TIMES They HUNG UP ON ME, just as you said they would! When I asked for the manager, they hung up on me again. I notified the FBI and was told this most certainly was a SCAM! THANK YOU so VERY MUCH for posting on here. I hope others find this post, so they too, will NOT lose hard earned money.
Also, a BIG Thank you to EVERYONE who posted on here...it's because of people like you, caring enough to post, that people will NOT get scammed anymore by these people.
One last thing. this number is based in NORTH CAROLINA. If you receive a call from these SCAMMERS, please NOTIFY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE in NORTH CAROLINA ASAP. Give them this website, their phone number, and any and all info. Let's SHUT THEM DOWN! - CindyI received a VM similar to the calls other people have gotten, from a man called Alex Porter. I listened to his msg 3 times and what he says doesn't even make sense.
What makes me mad about this, after reading other people's experiences, this upsets some people who actually think this is legitimate. Most of us know it's some kind of scam, even if we have bad credit or a legal action pending. If someone could find these people, they would be charged with a crime, it might even be a felony.
Therefore, if anyone like this calls you, don't talk to them and delete their VM msg. I don't even answer my landline any more unless I know who it is. They get our phone numbers from phone books or online. I know they are calling cell phones now, but it's harder to get a cell phone number.- Caller: unknown
- Ken M.I called these guys back. Apparently they troll the internet and get information on credit card companies and the like that have filed cases for bad debts. They did have some information on me that was specific so they are at least somewhat good at putting on a good act. But when asked for an address again they tell you the city where they are located but will not give an address, stating that privacy laws preclude them from doing so. When I told her that she was full of bologna and that giving their address didn't violate any privacy laws. She started yelling at me.....I hung up.

- John Doe| 3 repliesI just want to thank you all for posting your comments about this phone number. These idiots called my parents home looking for me stating that someone was about to file judgement against me and they represented them. Gave a case number of MHM-2452 and for me to call a Walter Curry back at 919 408 7049. My first thing to do was to google the number, and here I am.
I don't have time for this type of garbage and I'm all ready stressed out trying to make ends meet but this would have sent me through the roof. Reading these posts put my mind at ease.- Caller: Walter Curry

- ih replies to very importantI got a call from this number. Claiming i am a respondent to some case from their client .. a credit card company i paid off 2 years ago. Last year a company tried to do the same thing. Now when I asked for something in writing, they hung up. I read your post and thought it was prudent to call back and ask for their address, They gave me an Ohio Address and i asked to speak to a manager, conveniently all the managers are gone for the day ...
this is really really bad ... hmmmm .... do people really fall for this? - Denise| 2 repliesI just received a call from them as well claiming that I am being sued and that I need to contact my lawyer and provide a response within 48 hours.
