Companies do not have the right to scam or use scare tacticks in order to collect money! They are operating outside the law and should be shut down!

I just received the same type of call, they said are you so and so and gave me some bogus address. I asked them to verify my DOB or SS  # and he said if you give it to me I can verify it.  SCAM! I am not even worrying about it these people need to find a real job.

I also got a call from this number (919-408-7049) stating the I needed to get a lawyer because there is a warrant out on me.

I Just report this to my local police. I had them listen the the message that they had left on my  cell phone.I am in Va. and now the Fairfax county police knows about this!!

The next time they call you make sure you ask these idiots how is the weather in Cleveland Ohio, and how much more time their ring leader Tobias Boyland has left in prison. No they are not in North Carolina, Downtown Cleveland Ohio 526 Superior AVE 14th floor of the Leader Building. Shocked what a little investigating can get you people. I just got the same call saying they are from cashadvance.com and there is a law suit against us and they had my son's savings ACC#.  We are gonna take the phone to the cops so we can file a report.  Tks for your help!!!!  We also went to cashadvance.com and they had some awesome info about these scammers.

This was probably written by someone who works there to throw you off...Their real address is 2700 Meridian Pky, #200, Durham, NC 27713..These people call me 30 times a day and threaten me, I'm going to my local police department and I suggest you do the same!!!!

I'm sure you did't look up the name Tobias Boyland either.If your as smart as you think you are you will look up the name. Have you been to 2700 Meridian Pky#200? No I'm sure you haven't because if you did you would know these people are not at that address. Giving the police in NC that address  doesn't do anything but make these people know how blind to the facts all of you people are. Send the Cleveland Ohio police department to the address in Cleveland and then you can talk about a fact Rebecca. Lets make a bet if and when they call again ask them to speak to Demara Massey their Manager. See how fast they hang up on you.

Robert, please don't give them any other information look op the name Tobias Boyland you will see who is running the whole Scam, AKA bags of money. They are at the address that I posted yesterday. Once you give them any account information you are screwed. If you want to stop these idiots contact the Cleveland Police. Hope this helps.

Got this same call today from Sharon Swader.  Called them numerous times to verify but they were very evasive.  Have contacted the NC Atty General to file a complaint.  Check the BBB listing and you will see an alert for this company as they are not licensed at all in NC.  I drive a OTR so just may have to get a load to NC and drop by and visit.  Please people don't let these crooks scare you.  Be aggressive and they will leave you alone as they are a scam and don't want attention.

You will be mad if you do go to NC these people are in Downtown Cleveland Ohio!!! Call Ohio Attorney General not NC. I gave the address just read.

I hope Demarra Massey is ready to go down for this company. Setting up companies and putting her name behind it. Who willingly lives like this. This company called my grandmother, grandfather, mother, and even my sister looking for me for a debt they said they were collecting for Money and More that I told them I had paid and I could prove it.  When I got off the phone with them they called my family members again telling them that I was not cooperating and they were following through with a lawsuit.  My grandparents flipped out, and to get them to stop harassing my family I paid the debt.  They told me if I could provide proof though that I had paid it before they would get me my money back.  I faxed in the proof that I had paid the debt, then they gave me the run around for two months waiting to get my money back and now they won't even answer my calls.

THE ENTIRE THING IS A SCAM!!!  THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THERE WILL BE NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.  SMALL CLAIMS COURT CAN'T EVEN FIND THEM, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SUE THEM FOR MY MONEY.  DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND GIVE THEM MONEY YOU DO NOT OWE!!!

got a call for my grandmother-in-law; said that my number was a contact number to get in touch with her  or to leave a message for her.  The call was from Glen Edwards with the US Arbitration Services.  Said a complaint had been filed and she was a respondent and her or her attorney needed to call this 919-408-7049 number back within 24 to 48 hours.  Gave me a file number/case number...but couldn't give me any details about the complaint.  Obviously suspicious and not wanting to call the number in fear of incurred charges??? So I looked up the number on google and got this website.  Then I called the atty general's office and it is a SCAM!!!!  Just wanted to thank everyone who has posted info which also confirmed the scam.  Unbelievable what people are capable of and what lengths they will go to instead of trying to earn an honest living!!!

United Arbitration Services helped me! They called me about a debt that I did owe. They set me up on a payment plan to help keep me out of court! The funny thing is they called me about a credit card that  I hadn't paid on.They verified my information and gave me specific details. I hung up and called the bank that i had received my credit card from. It wasn't a lie! I was in the process of going to court and being sued! Now i'm on a payment plan and do not have to worry about these court charges and legal actions. So I feel much better and relieved.

Same people calling from 919-408-7049 but call blocker app on android blocks it.  People stop being so gullible. Ignore these calls.  If it is important they will serve you.  But if you want to have fun call them back.  Stall as long as you can.  Just bog then down with trivial small talk steering away from the debt.  If you ever really get stuck just nicely remind them "you don't really want me to pay this do?" and be serious!  After all if everyone paid their debts what will they do for a living now?  Forget about it!  It's not serious!  Just remember that debts are honor systems.  Meaning if you don't pay it there really isn't anything they can do other than sell the debt to a daisy chain of collectors for pennies on the dollar hoping you pay more than they did.  This is how they work.  Here is something you need to remember. If you have not paid a bill for 4 or 5 years and you make any payment in any form and in any amount it resets the clock.  It's you're that far into not paying you're much much MUCH better off just letting them call you and entertain you.  Seriously.  Have fun with it.  Keep them on the phone for at least an hour.  Call them and waste their time many times during the day even ask for his/her home / cell number to continue the chat.  Have fun!!  It's just a debt!

They called my mother and gave her this number 919-408-7049 to give to me.  They said it was very important.  I called and they said I have been suing from Washington Mutual for $5,000. After checking the company name on Google and checking the comments I realized it is a scam.   I don't want any call from this company.
