I am on the "Do Not Call" list and they called again. They haven't called for a few months now. The weird thing is, they are asking for my nephew who has never lived here and have never had this phone number!! I was not home when the call came in but she left a message claiming to be Michelle from an attorneys office, Stanley & Associates and left this number to call back 941-379-1954  I am going to turn that number in!!

just received a call from these idiots. Male caller said he was not selling anything but wanted me to do a survey.  I told him we do not do surveys and he was quite insistent that I do. I told him twice  to put us on his do not call list  ( even though we are on the national do not call list)  He was still gasbagging away as I was hanging up  phone. He just  doesn't get it.

Scarbourough Calls our number many times but we know how to limit them.  My advice to all
receiving unwanted calls is to invest in a Panasonic Telephone with call BLOCK as a feature.
Then you can block them all.  One ring and they are dumped.

Same as everyone else. They call daily. Got a call from the last night at 9:30pm. They were very beligerent about how they don't have to adhere to the Do Not Call list or telemarketing laws regarding call times as they weren't selling anything. I asked them to remove me from their call list and they told me "no". Filed a complaint with the FTC, not like it's going to do any good.

Buy a Panasonic Telephone and you will be able to block unwanted calls at will.  The phone will
ring once, give the caller a busy signal and then hang up on them!!!!  Yea!  Thanks to Panasonic

This supposed research company continually calls.  I have asked them to remove my name from their calling list, and have been informed they are unable to do that.  How do I stop these calls?

These [***] called tonight at 9:35 pm. I wasn’t home and my wife was asleep. They left a message saying they will be calling back.  To anyone from Scarborough reading this, thanks for the warning, I’ll be blocking your number now. Also to Scarborough and anyone else reading this – IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A SURVEY TO CALL AT 9:35  at night.  Even though the FTC and the DNC list is a joke report these pieces of crap to them if they call past 9:00pm.

These guys call all the time.  I pick up and hang up.

these morons keep calling and i even pretended to not be able to hear them but they keep at it is there no way to stop them i`m on do not call list but it must not mean much to be on this list if they are able to keep calling at all hours just got a call let machine pick up and could hear the message about a survey know it was a recording because could here person breathing and yawning over the recording they need to stop harrassing in a sense stalking people because once they get your number they don`t know when to stop. please get a life and quit interupting mine!

I have received numerous phone calls from this number. Fortunately, I have caller ID and do not answer, and they do not leave a message.  I finally got mad enough that I phoned the number. It is Scarborough Research.  I listened to the voice message they have answering their phone calls, and it let me leave a message to remove me from their list, and that I do not appreciate the phone calls at all hours of the day and night.  I told them if they continue, I will be contacting the local authorities for their harrassing phone calls, along with the BBB.    I hope this takes care of the phone calls.

They called right before 9pm (which I think is the cut off time these telemarketer people are supposed to follow- yeah right). They keep calling me, so I decided to answer, only once did they leave a message before, and every other time it was just hang ups. No name came up on the caller id either. So this time I wanted to see what it was all about. I took the survey hoping they will not bother me again, but they asked for a lot of info about myself and I started to worry about identity theft... hope it wasn't a mistake to answer all those questions! Other than that they were primarily asking about the local news services we use, what radio stations we listen to, what newspapers we read and what tv service provider we have.

Wow who are these awful people and what do they want? They called at nearly 10 PM this time. They've called and hung up before. I am on the do not call list and have filed a complaint. The cut off time even for surveys is 9 PM. They started with what I say are inappropriate questions really personal info like our dates of birth.

It shows up on called ID as Scarborough Res. It is harassment.

Is this some sort of financial scam????

Calling the 800 753-6043 to ask to be removed. We will see if this works. None too polite about it :o
Or if the harassment will be worse. Sure didn't want to email them and have them with my email address too! Good luck all.

I recieved a call from 9413791954 as well. In researching these jokers, I found the BBB website for these guy at http://www.bbb.org/west-florida/business-revi ... ota-fl-16001375. File a complaint with the BBB to get them to stop calling. Also file with the FCC.

My home phone number is on the "National Do Not Call" list but these ###holes don't care.  They call several times per day - morning, afternoon, and evening.  I see the number on my caller id box and so I never answer their calls.  Does anybody know how to get the government to stop them and drive them out of business. Apparently the so-called "Better Business Bureau" doesn't consider the "National Do Not Call" list enforceable and refuses to do anything about these Scarborough Research "Survey" telemarketing bas####s.  If we burned down their building they'd probably just get rich by cashing in on their fire insurance policy.
