It sounds like it, according to the tattoos but, a lot of guys have tattoos. My post to cat pretty much said the same thing I said to you.

I worked with Monty Payne or as he was listed Lionel Thomas Taylor Payne. I could tell something was off with his "stories". I was never involved with him, just worked with him but he couldn't keep his stories straight. Pretty sure his past caught up to him. I think he went away for a bit if you know what I mean. He has a fiancé up in IL but if you search for him, there is no divorce record from his first marriage. He is the con artist's of con artists! I'm sorry he scammed you all. He is a bad person and Karma will catch up to him one day.

Monty is bald with a weirdly larger head and very muscular. He is mixed nationality. He works out all the time and eats healthy. He loves ice-cream. Yes, he has tattoos but I have not seen them to know what they are. His first wife's name started with an M as well. He has lived in MN, IL, TN and NC as far as I know. When I saw his car, it had TN plates but not sure if that was a rental or not. I worked with him for just under 3 years. I knew something was up with him after I met him. His stories didn't add up. I hope all the women reading this post just moves on from him.

I haven't looked at this sight in a while. I went to the link and it brings his name up but no picture, how can you be sure it's him?

Amen to that. I heard he was engaged again too. Please, please ladies see through the fog. It's only muscles. Stop being so conscious about looks and care a little more about what's inside, what truly matters, you. You are all more beautiful and stronger than you know. Don't let this scum ruin your life. Trust your gut. If it's too good to be true - 99% of the time, it probably is.
