You are such a liar.  If you had such a  big debt to whatever company Bernie was collecting for, then you would of had lots of other debts to other companies, therefore making it more feasible for you to file for bankruptcy, letting us taxpayers pay for your debt.

The [***] attorneys I used to work for had to actually hire a public relations firm to set up a website for them like this with all the big words and [***]. Give me a break. The website does not make the company. At least the attorneys I worked for were actually intelligent and knew how to spell and communicate in a professional and amicable manner.

"Unknown"  These guys are as bad as the guys on the infomercials trying to sell people cleansing products to cleanse your colon.  Buy fiber pills, or Activia first, or ask your Dr. to give you the [***] you have to drink before a colonoscopy. That will cleanse you. Just a point I am trying to make here. They are out to get money from you, cheat you, lie to you, etc.

hi cherylynn, thank you for agreeing with me i do apperciate it. you have no idea what it was like dealing with these people. i had to get a lawyer because michael oppenhiemer called me all hours of the night and told me that im lucky that i had called him because he was getting ready to sue me and throw me in jail the next day. never in my life have i ever been spoken to like this before. he also accussed me of comitting crimes. then when i refused to pay him he called my house over and over and over again i was a little freaked out to be honest with you. but luckly the lawyer took care of that and eventually the calls stopped. you seem like a nice person and i like how you are stating the truth.

you know whats sad is that i actually know this girl who is married with two kids and refuses to work!! she actually told her husband that she does just fine on welfare every month than getting a job. even though he begs her to work she still refuses. i only know these people through assocaition of other friends but she and her whole family are white trash these are the types of people i think are killing the economy. i understand that they are really people who really do the need the welfare and thats fine. but to know that someone is truely abusing the welfare system and taking our money through taxes sicking me. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHO THESE PIECES OF [***] ARE THIER NAMES ARE DONALD AND MELISSA HUDGEL THEY LIVE IN XENIA.OH. I too have been contacted by Weinerman and Associates.  The calls have just started.  I was about to give them a call when I decided to look them up to see who and what they were.  Thank you very much for this post.   Does anyone know if they are associated with SRS and Associates who use the same tactics?

It seems that every positive comment on here you have to reply to and talk about how other people can't spell as well as you and are posing as people from that company... Don't you have anything better to do?

I am getting ready to call them and pay the final payment on my bebt, they never too kany more money out of my account than they said they would, and have not harassed me in any way. I have many debts, almost enough that I should just file bankruptcy, but I am choosing not to, It may have taken me awhile to get it together after I was left with these debts but they are my responsibility and I am grateful for the oppurtunity to work with someone to get them paid off and put behind me.

You said you got a call from Weinerman and were thinking about calling them back...DON'T!!! Did the person leave their name? Sidney Cohen, maybe? If you do make contact with these "maggots", buckle up, cause this will be a very long and treacherous ride! If you do talk to them, find out the "debt" and where it originated from, the exact amount..also, depending on what state you live in, CALL YOUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and give them the information to see if they are even licensed in your state. Weinerman is famous for trying to collect debts in states they aren't even licensed in!!!! Mine for example...The Chamber of Commerce will send a cease of collection letter immediately to them..Also, it is your Federal Right to dispute a debt..send a letter of dispute to this company within 30 days from contact with them, stating you are requesting proof of documentation of this debt.  You can even find sample letters of dispute on the web to print out and make your own..website: PrivacyRights.org...I wish you the best of luck!! These people will verbally abuse and threaten you once they find out you are questioning them or refusing to pay them.  Also, check your credit report immediately! Look in the Collections section to see if there is anything outstanding..by law they have to report a debt to the credit bureaus..if they haven't, yet another violation on them..if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to blog again!!

Weeener-man and Associates is the most insanely illegal collection agency in America today.  I just got a call from them and they are looking for my neighbor who doesn't even live in the house next to me anymore.  They told me that they were calling about a debt that my neighbor had and then became very rude with me.  I already called my ex-neighbor, who happens to be an attorney and guess what....He is filing suit next week.  

All I know is that these guys had better have a lot of money.  If not, they will likely need to close the doors!!

Received a voicemail today saying that I must call Tony Linturia (sp?)immediately. Very harsh and abrasive message. Received at my place of work. The extension left was x224. I called the main number to see what company he worked for, and googled the name of the company to see if it was a work associate. This is the site I found. And no, I won't be calling anyone back.

Yes: some of my posts, even though nothing horrible compared to the [***] from collection agency posting on here, were deleted. Two I can think of. I will not post on here again. Not worth my time and effort if they are gonna just be deleted. The only good thing is hopefully people being called and/or harassed from Weenies & Assoc. will get a real good idea of what they are dealing with when dealing with this agency. These posts by us tell a lot. We can only warn others so much. This should do it, you would think...

cherylynn, i completely agree with you 100% and hopefully the smart ones like you and i have reached out to some of these folks who are really concerned and in need of help. hopefully you and i have helped them you are one of the few people on here who actually stands up not only for yourself but others you seem like a nice person and all we were doing was making our posts trying to help people and warn them of these slimeballs. i most likey wont post anymore on here either. take care of yourself cherylynn:)

I also received a call, trying to reach a neighbor of mine. The call was form Sid Cohen with Weinerman & Associates. When I asked him how he had
my number, he replyed that they had a way of getting contacts in the area of my neighbor.
He asked me to take a message to my neighbor because he thought their phone was broke. I thought it might be important so I delivered the message, only to find out that I was not the only neighbor he had contacted, another neighbor had just left with the same message.  The longer I thought about it the madder I got. I called Mr and (I use the term loosley) Cohen to let him know that I did not appreciate the fact that he used me to totally humiliate my neighbor. I told him that this just was not right, that my neighbors personal business was none of mine.
He did not understand why I was upset, his tone becomming more degrading toward me. Still trying to make hem understand that this was just not right.  He wanted to know if I meant legally or morally,because he had every legal right in my state,his voice getting stronger and stronger.  I don't know about the legal part at this time but I intend to find out.
after talking to him I do Know that he has no morals or ethics.  Thank God that I am able to pay my bills on time, My job is still intack as of
now.  My Prayers and my heart go out to people who have to deal with these people who hve no compsion.  Untill you have walked in their shoes you have no right to put them down or call them names.

Someone from this Number at least 4 or 5 times dailey.  How do I block this number?
