Just got an aggressive phone call today! Calling from Farnham, VA #804-395-5530. She used the name of our president and asked to speak with that person or the GM. Said she had a package returned and needed to speak with them because it was to their attention. When I inquired where the package was being sent from, what the package contained, and for her to send me an email with the details she hung up.

Just got this call from (413) 269-1223. A woman called me saying she was from USSP, and that there was a failed delivery and they needed me to confirm the address. As we had an incident yesterday that involved limiting access to the plant for the bulk of the day, the timing of this call was good (for them) because we HAD had several failed deliveries... but I am not the logistics person and only a few of the failed deliveries were mine, so I asked the woman to give me more information. She said that it was her second day and her supervisor has all that information for me, so I started to ask why her supervisor didn't just call me if she wasn't going to give me any info (do people just not ask "What are you trying to send?") but before I could finish, she put me on hold so that I could enjoy some comedy by Jeff Foxworthy and then I was "kicked from this conference call." I looked up the number to make sure it was truly a scam and I didn't need to call back and chase an important delivery, and a recording of a similar call had been posted.

I also get the NFL jersey scam every few months, but they always have the name of my predecessor and her current company, which makes it obvious they just found snippets of her info on web searches. I always tell them I am not her, this is not the company she works at, and I never talked to them about Patriots jerseys, and they say "I will take you off our list." But what sounds like the same guy always calls back, like once a quarter. I am starting to troll them when they call now, leaving them on hold to "go get her" and seeing how long they'll wait, or pretending to not understand them, because it's just so stupid.

Isn't it USPS (US Postal Service) and not USSP?

That's one way to know these calls are a scam.

If you had taken the time to read, then you would have come to realize it is not about the US Postal Service, but in fact it is specifically about USSP (US Standard Products) Shipping.

Aren't you rude and condescending!  Unlike you, most of us don't have the time or desire to read all the postings on this website.

Ignorance is no excuse!  Gimmie a break, if you didn't have time to read while on a website that is compiled by written text, then what are you even here for?  Just seen the title and thought, "hey, lemmie try correcting that without trying to find out why there are 15 pages on it".
This is a web site that demands a person to read, otherwise they get no information at all.

You wouldn't have had to read further than the 2nd post on the 1st page for that information. And if you're so short on time and desire, why did you come back here several days later?
