"USSP Shipping" using a new phone # to scam

I got the same phone call last week and yesterday 22 Mar 22.  Person who called said it was only their second day on the job and needed to transfer me to a supervisor. They want to send me a Chicago Bears Jersey to thank me for all of our business. But we've never done business with United Standard. I told them I thought it was pretty unscrupulous way of doing business to have the caller pretend to be new in order to transfer the call and to thank me for business I've never given.  In the past they sent me a fishing pole along with a case of chemicals I didn't order with no way to return them.  I got and invoice with no phone number etc. Never again!

I hope you treated the not-ordered fishing pole and chemicals as a gift, and simply trashed the invoices.  You are under no obligation to return (or pay for) them.

Same thing.  Some type of shipping scam.  Asking to speak to the warehouse manager about an unsuccessful delivery attempt.  Put me on hold, I hung up and found this.

Just received a call from USSP Shipping using a local phone number, regarding a shipment that was supposedly returned to them twice. They transferred me to a "supervisor" who told me "luckily I haven't confused my coffee with my hand sanitizer yet". Who thinks this is funny?? I promptly hung up.

Just received a phone call from Tory, from a local number...sent her to voicemail, but the message was the same--about a package they shipped, etc., etc....stay vigilant folks!

I just received a call from USSP shipping 832-281-0133. Wanting an address to ship NFL shirts too, when questioned she acted upset and finally hung up on me

THEY ARE USING 708-665-2543 IN CHICAGO AS OF 11.18.22

Same thing happened today but the phone number was different. I received a text from 585 202 3297 stating that a package could not be delivered do to improper address .
The thing is we are not receiving any packages at this time . And the web address was a little funny , something to look for in the future.

I just received a text from (909) 760-9953. Same thing. UPS trying to deliver and needs the address.

Since you would be the OP, I am betting the number is a spoof.

Using # 609-375-1108. I spoke to a Felicia. She identified as being with US SP Shipping. She stated that we had a package that was refused and wanted me to hold for her supervisor. During the hold, I googled the company and learned of the scam... I promptly hung up. Watch out for this one!
