Wants me to allow them to pay me to do a job but have never met them in person and they say that they own the house and want to live in it but there is a for sale sign in the front yard

Your post would do more good being posted in the number thread, so others will find it when they come looking for it. Otherwise its just text that is soon to be buried under more recent topics.

Mother just received a 909 phone call. They claimed they were going to help pay back her student loans. SHE never had any student loans. Really irritating when these creeps go after senior citizens on fixed incomes.

These creeps go after eveyone, not just seniors. They're likely calling all numbers in a given sequence so have no clue who they're actually speaking to.
By the way, if you didn't already, would you also post your experience under the number that called you so people searching for that number will see it? Thanks!

Just got one from 909-539-1991 claiming they are the IRS and will sue me if I don't call them back.  LOL
I've been calling them every time I'm stuck in traffic and harassing them until they got mad and quit answering their phones.   Funny, but they don't appreciate repeated descriptions of what their mother does with a goat every 30 seconds for a half hour.  :)

Chris posted here in 2012, 5 years ago, after starting this worthless forum thread and hasn't been back since.  But hey, maybe he will come back after 5 years and answer your question.  Miracles do happen on occasion you know.

Did you look up the number that called you? Might work better than just posting a random question here.

Hello, please post your comments/notes in the pages for the individual numbers.  It is most helpful this way because one can just type the number into the search box and see the comments for individual numbers as opposed to sorting through multiple pages worth of comments in this thread.  Thanks.
