" 404" area code fraud scams / scam texts / fake calls

Name-calling isn't the best way to get your point across, you know. And why are you replying to a post from two years ago anyway?

How would they het a person's social security?

How would they get someone's social security number?

I get a lot of calls from a (404) 925-????.  the last 4 numbers are always different.  the one time I answered they hung-up on me.  I have stopped answering calls from these #'s.

Try blocking the area code if you don't know anyone who lives there or do business with anyone there.

A number called from 302 then giving me a 404 number I Just had brain surgery do not need these calls do not know them

They've called a couple of times from someplace called crm no name who they want just saying to call 414 its from 404 number

Did you post in the correct thread? You know, the one for the number that called you? You can also post in the thread for the number they want you to call. More people will benefit if you post in the correct threads than from your post here.

Answered Cell & asked for someone I don't know. Told them no one here by that name. They want to ask me a question. I told them not to call back & good bye!
