While some hackers are backed by syndicated organizations who use the data like a marketing commodity, many are small time groups and/or  individuals who simply sell to the highest bidder.

As I'm reading your post I'm glad you wrote to go to your local DEA because Ymax Communications has been in business for over 14 years as I read on their website and continues to have online clients with no address to put a complaint against them.  I have a number of a so called business but cant get an address. Thank you

Yep, a UPS store, but still they had an address on their website.  Same one listed on the BBB as well.  Additional info can be found at sunbiz.org under Ymax Corporation.
