- Sharon Lynne replies to TomTrouble is, when I answer the phone, they hang up immediately. It's the calls from 000-000-0000 that do this. I also received a call from supposed Cardmember Services, and when I asked to be removed from their list, the man on the phone started saying obscene things to me. I told him I was recording his mouth, and he told me to stick the recorder up my ***! What a jerk he was!!! I reported the incident to the FCC, and they said they would handle it. I haven't received any more calls from that number lately.

- SN replies to barberClearly her phone was inserting a "c" where a space needed to be so what she said honestly does make sense. If it intrigued you enough to insult her education you may need to hone your observational skills with some education yourself.

- jI got a call from this number tonight. It said that if there were any changes in my living conditions, that I must report them to my eligibility worker within 10 days of receiving said message. Since all social services offices are closed on the weekends and especially at 7 at night, I think it was a spam call.

- greengeneKatie called. Had a good real on remodeling my house. Claimed she was calling from Concord, CA. I told her anyone with a number with 10 zeros was a crook and hung up. They called yesterday (or another crook using 10 zeros) and asked to speak to Mr. or Mrs. (my first name). I told him there was no one with that name and he was a crook.

My caller ID just read No Name and a whole bunch of zeroes. I answered the call this morning and the call immediately disconnected. Both times the caller did not call back.

They probably make money every time you pick up the phone. There's no other reason they would call people just to say "...goodbye" and hang up. DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE! Enter the phone number onto your phone's contact list with a "name" of Scam or similar. When they call you again, the ID will say that name and you'll know not to answer. YOU DON'T KNOW THEM, SO DON'T ANSWER! - ChristaI get calls from 000-000-0000 multiple times per day. I am the receptionist, so I get all the calls. When I answer this number, it is dead air every time. Wait a few seconds to see if anyone will answer back, and the line is disconnected. Very annoying, and a complete waste of my time.
