Received three calls within 40 minutes and could not intervene to stop the calls

call showed up as 000-000-0000, and 1185264521596 this as caller. A woman that was hard to understand said there was something going around on computers and wanted me to follow her directions. I said ok what do you want me to do. I made like I was doing what she said. After about 10 min of this she said what do I see on the screen. I said "it saids this call is being recorded so I can give it to the police! She hung up!

Received call from a John, sound as if he was speaking under water. I told him so.  Asked that he call back as I could not understand him.  He never did from 0000000000, but a short time later, I received a call from a 202-204-0479 DC number claiming to be from the IRS. Left message "Calling from IRS re your tax filing. Threatened that I would be arrested if I do not respond."

Have been receiving calls from 000-000-0000 "call forwarding" daily for the last three days.  I do not answer them if "no name of caller".  I assumed it's a scam or political, but political calls usually just say "no name" and a phone number.  I will wait another week and see if they stop calling or call my phone company to block those calls.  I would advise anyone not to answer the call and delete it and/or block.

I get calls from this number and they don't leave messages and I don't answer them.
It's unsat that phone providers (landline and cellphone) don't automatically block these calls.

It just goes to show that more than one person or group is doing it. Why would an honest person or business hide their caller ID?

I believe the 10 zeros are to include the country code. Hope that helps explain some of it.

Today, the caller,  asterisk  Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ) called us @ 13:44, 06.17.2015. We missed the call.They is no number for me to recognize or return the call. Many people have been called by this unwanted number according www.800notes.com above. I reported it to www.ftc.gov & www.fcc.gov/complaints.

The caller, Out of area V616122409002401     ( displayed as ID on our phone.) No number. , called us @12:24 noon, 06.16. I have received many calls ID has V with 15 or 16 digits , but having different number in the past

because it's probably a spoofed number and a scam

It's a spoofed number, like software that shows it and not really the number they are calling from

I think surveys, charities looking for donations, and toll free numbers (and bill collectors) are exempt from Do Not Call,  For awhile I was getting the IRS calls too, about legal action, but a number showed that I looked up and read about it being a scam, A few times they called after, recorded message, sounded translated like not an Amercian. Giving me a warning before legal action. I answered the all 000 one today (my son lives in Argentina and sometimes odd numbers like that show up) but no one was here, line sounded open but no one said anything. It wasn't my son calling,

loud whistles don't matter if it's a robo call. I never answer calls I don't know who it is or why (unless it seems legit) but I get calls from Argentina and sometimes they have odd long strings of numbers.

I have had quite a few calls from this number over the past few days.  I let the answering machine get it, but they never leave a message.  I finally blocked them today.

Yeah I got called once by 0000000000 and I didn't answer, but they still call at the same time every day.

The caller, V621142018000470, ( displayed on my phone as ID. ), It has called used no number, but with an ID  which started with 15 15 digit numbers, called us many tomes. According www.800notes.com. The caller used V + n15 digit numbers to call many people randomly many years
Today , it used V621142018000476 to call us @14:20 P.M. 06.21.2015. I opted not to answer, so the actual caller doesn't get credit or payment from employer.

I received a call from 0000000000, They said my Visa has been blocked and I would have to verify my card number to reactivate it, I didn't I hung up, ill call my bank tomorrow

I've been receiving calls from this number only in the past couple of months, maybe once or twice per week. I never even attempt to answer because a number like that is so obviously a scam of some sort.
