I got a call from an all-0 number just a few minutes ago. They wanted to "verify information" about my insurance because they couldn't find me in the system or something like that. I don't know why they would pretend to be insurance people if I was under investigation

Got a call with this number or no number as it's all zero's at almost 11PM at night. I picked it up only because I was really pissed the [***] would call at that hour. Heard someone on the other end saying they were trying to reach someone...couldn't understand the name as they had a thick accent. I yelled at them for calling at the late time which is illegal and they hung up. We get maybe one or two legit phone calls for all the scam calls we get. I honestly don't know why we even bother to have a phone. I hate these scamy [***]!

Get regular calls to my cellphone (no commercial entity has my number) from this "number." No message is ever left. I thought robocalls to cellphones were illegal. Also, do you have a bridge in Brooklyn you can sell me?

I received two phone calls with 10 zeros on 7/31/15. First call was at 1:05am and the other at 1:18am in the the morning.
The first call I ignored, then the second call came in. I ignored that one too. This is terrible, while I m sleeping. I could not return to my sleep again.

Remember they (government/law enforcement have to have a warrant issued by a judge to do that and reasonable cause for such action.

Not exactly true.  I have the number blocked on my Panasonic cordless phone. It blocks up to 30 numbers. The number called today, but it only rings once, and then a busy type signal, doesn't even go to voicemail. Comcast allows me to  block up to 25 numbers, it use to be only 12. But I can't block this number completely. Hope that helps. Don't know the exact model, you can purchase one on Amazon, Walmart, etc...I got mine from Kmart/Sears online.

I just recieved a call with this number for the first time.  A simple way to block unwant calls is to do the following, using ATT call block.
Dial:  *60  then wait for instructions.  After the first announcement,  wait again and you will be told to dial
the last number you received a call from.
Then you are told to dail #01#,  then the number you entered is repeated to you and you are done.
At any rate, if this don't make sense,  just dial #60 and follow directions.  This is found on the front pages of most phone books.
