I started getting calls from this number right after I told Banfield Vet Clinic that My dog had died and they would not let me cancel my "wellness plan" on my dead dog.  I told them lots of luck collecting any more money from me.  These calls started right after than.......so I'm assuming....

I have no idea who these people are and recently found out on a message board. if it is important i would like to know how i can get the problem corrected but i will not send some unknown person money.

I have had this cell number just over a week now, and have received a call from 202-367-9813 4 times. I do not owe any debts what so ever.

this # keeps calling me and doesn't leave a message either

I have been getting calls for a week from 202-367-9813. Now I'm receiving calls from a different # that is out of Delaware 302-232-3130. My mother just started getting the calls a few days ago from 202-234-3930. How did they get our number? We are on the same family plan with Verizon. Verizon walked me through the steps to block the numbers. I’m curious...do anyone of you live in TX? I was able to call back he 202# and talked to a guy by the name of Matt. He wanted my phone number and asked me to verify my address and the last 4 digits of my SS#. I told him that I was not giving any info to him and that I asked him to identify himself, the company and the reason for the call. Of course, he would not tell me anything other then this is business related and he could not tell me. I hung up!!

This number and several other numbers has called my cell phone several times over the last month looking for someone who I have no idea is.  I keep telling them they have the wrong number and they get rude with me asking why am I hiding this person.  I don't need this and am about to change my number because no how many times I block them, a new one appears.

They are crazy. They call my house and cell phone which I am still curious on how they received my information as my numbers are unlisted. However they are calling to collect a debt on my stepsons mother...who we have nothing to do with. At they never ask for my husband just me. So how they received my information for her debts I am not sure but they are rude and annoying. I have told them several times there is no one at my number with that name and they continue to call.

When this phone number comes up on caller ID I respond with "911, what is your emergency?"  Then there is stone silence from them"

these same people are hounding me for $58, due to Cap One credit card, and they are nco financial, they called my neighbor, and i don't even know this lady, she was very angry when she found what  unit i live in and bought me the message to call these people and yes the guy had an indian accent and kept trying to get other information from me,i told him that since cap one hired them they already have my info,but it is against the law for them to hassle my neighbors and hung up on him, now they call me every morning starting at 6 a.m that is also against the law, they are to start call no earlier than 8 am to 9 pm but who can we talk to to get these people out of our lives/

I'm an attorney in SC and LOVE messing with collectors. They called me this morning looking for my sister (who probably does have outstanding medical bills due to 4 recent hospitalizations). Anyway, the conversation went like this:

Me - Hello?
Him - May I speak with ... ?
Me - She does not live here.
Him - Sir, this call is being recorded (I guess trying to intimidate me). Do you have her number?
Me - Yes.
(pause)
Him - May I have it?
Me - No.
Him - Why not?
Me - Because this is your second call to my house this Saturday morning. Your first woke me up and be glad I didn't pick up the phone the first time.
(pause)
Him - Well can I leave a message for her?
Me - You can, but since I don't work for you she won't get it.
Him - Goodbye.
Me -  :-)

You recieved services and or merchandise PAY YOUR BILL THE POINT IS YOU OWE IT. You make inetrest rates and merchandise in stores higher because you do not pay your bill!!!!

You've made your point. Get back to your queue lines and leave us ALONE.

Put my number on the do not call list

pay what you can and save every receipt...as long as they cash the checks you are attempting to pay and they cannot continue to call and it IS harassment, they will have to call off their dogs.

They don't leave a message and they call at all hours

One of their latest numbers is 202-870-5858. Can barely understand them. They call my cell. Same MO as above...is Ken there?. Who's calling? Call is being recorded, I C Systems, is this Ken? What's this in reference to? I'm just a transfer agent, is this Ken? On fourth call I asked to remove my number from their list and let me talk to supervisor. This time I got lady that spoke English. Same question line as above, and asking if this was Ken or SS# before she'd tell me purpose of call. Said they represented a corporation. I said lots of luck with SS#, she said she'd mail something. I'll be waiting. i did a reverse lookup of their # and was a cell phone in the Wash DC area. I have NO outstanding debt that I am aware of and will be interested in their letter.
