Recieved a call from this number, he refused to give any info. and on top of it all (this guy could learn to at least speek english), could not really understand him do to his accent.

Keeps calling asking for me but can't pronounce my name.

Are you on crack? You need to review the state and federal laws with regards to debts. As long as you are making an attempt to pay, the amount is of no consequence. Does your mother know that she raised a fool?

Same thing happens to me over and over, "I have a call for you"  I hold then no one is ever there.

I get the calls early in the morning as well, like 7:35am and as late as 11:30pm, isn't there a law regarding times of day they are allowed to call.  I'm already at work by 7:30, so they are lucky they aren't waking me up, and heck, when I go to sleep at night I hear nothing, so they didn't get me there either

I think mine may be from a Dentist as well, an idiot dentist office, left me alot of pain, infection, I had to seek a medical dr's help, and to top the cake off, they never preauthorized my insurance before telling me what they we're going to do, it is legal to name Dr Lipscomb's name in a complaint? :)

I get many calls from this number, started out with 703-656-9842 now they call from 202-367-9813, because I call blocked the first number.  I wouldn't mind talking to them and finding out what it's all about, but when I ask they say "give me your credit card number"  hell I am not giving out any information over the phone unless they identify themselves and what's its all about.  When I ask what this is regarding, they hang up.  Does this sound a bit scammish to anyone else?

I have a cousin who works at a hospital's financial office. If you send the medical facility just 5 or 10 dollars a month, there is NOTHING they can do or ask more of you. They couldn't even send you to collections. Do that much and send the collection agency a cease and desist letter barring them from sending your mail or phone calls. Send payments directly to the medical facility who will be more reasonable than a collection agency who get's bonuses for collecting payments it full.

actually, they do not have ANY (right) to call anyone.  by federal law, if you ask them to stop calling you they have to.

As many others I have been receiving phone calls from this company and have no clue what is this about, it just become in a pain since they are calling very early in the morning and late in the afternoon. I do not have any debts with medical or any other creditors, how can I make them stop bothering me?

They call me 10 to 12 times a day. Over a $17 medical bill that should have been billed to my Ins company. I gave my Ins info to them as well as the original Dr office and yet they still call.

I have close to a hundred calls from this number. I owe no outstanding debt. I bought magic jack and the number that was issued with magic is getting the calls. The debt does not pertain to me but because I now have this number, I received the calls every single day. Once in the morning, once mid day and once in the evening.

The calls from this number were coming every day and they always asked for different names.  I told them I have had this number over 10 years but still received calls asking for different people none whom I know.  Finally stopped answering these calls, but they still come 2 or 3 times a day.

This company does not have the right to call me all hours of the day and night.  They do not leave a message and if they are some type of official collection company they should know, most everyone has caller ID and do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers.  STOP callinng me unless you are willing to leave a brief message and maybe I will call you back.

This is 100% true if you just pay 5 bucks a month they can do nothing if it has not gone to a collection agency already. If you miss one month of 5 dollar payments. Then they will automatically send to colections. If you have an incredible amount of medical bills or any others for that matter and you can't pay collections. Don't. Don't pay a dime!  Save CASH not in any bank! Leave no trails  Just coast on what you have for you. In most cases , like mine, your got to figure your credit is shot already anyway. They can't squeeze blood from a rock. Wait 6-8 months and do a credit report. All your creditors will be there by then. Lastly get every single one together and go bankrupt. It sounds like a bad word, but if gets rid of everything. It will be a solid foundation to rebuild your life. Just stay straight with any new SMALL depts and your credit will be great in no time. People will see it on your record but in these times. If you have the CASH money you have been saving on the side from before. They will not deny you credit. They want that cash.
  Of you want to pay back everybody with out bankruptcy( silly you). Offer them 75% less than they are asking you to pay. Stand firm and don't back down! Dont give in to there scary and threatening words. That's all they are. They will eventually settle for it. You have to figure they bought your belt for pennies on tbe dollar. They shoot for max but will accept the least with your persistence.

These people are really stupid and I aim to expose them. They try different numbers to get hold of you and try to intimidate you. The secret is, don't be intimidated, just ignore them. If they can't get hold of you, there is nothing they can do, the [***].

They called this morning and asked to verify my name by me verifying my mailing address. I wouldn't verify my address unless they would tell me who they were. They refused and and hung up. We have no debt (besides our house which we are current on) so I don't know why they would be calling us.
