Well I just got a text from Mark@KyoProperties telling me he wants my property and to send him quick details to KyoProperties.com  The number he text from is only 4 digits, 6685 which is another red flag.   I am a Real Estate Agent and have several properties he could be asking about. In all my advertising I include my web site that has a link to search the entire state of Florida's homes for sale.  On red flag after another went up after getting this guys text.  I decided to Google him and his company and came across your posts about him.  I am on the do not call list, but since he is replying to advertising, it's OK for him to do so. Until you send him a request of Do Not Contact.  Catch 22 a little, but thanks to the person who posted the GoDaddy information on him.  I will call the number listed and send him a card demanding he stop contacting me with his spam.

I'm in Oregon and I posted an ad on Craigslist in California. I got the same email that everyone else did.  I did a google land view of the address given in a post above, 218 King Ave., Los Angeles.  Interesting, it is a vacant lot.  Why would this guy waste everyone's time?  Trying to harm someone I suppose.  Has anyone thought of turning him into the FBI?  I might if I get any more emails or a phone call.

Read through the info K-Me! posted... He runs a "lead service" company.

He sends these emails out, gets harmless people to respond (hopefully with their contact information) and then sells off the information to real estate firms and loan companies.

I am a commercial real estate agent in Las Vegas, and have seen firms pay up to $100 a pop for these 'leads'.

Simply set him up as a junk mail sender, and problem solved!

Posted a property ad on Craigslist 3 wks ago in Missouri.  The day after I edited my ad to include my email address I received 2 emails fr Mark at Kyoproperties (4/24).  Same msg everyone else mentioned.  I responded by ignoring his "application" and emailing the address of the property and
telling him we would consider reasonable offers. These were emails; no phone calls.  Have I endangered myself by my actions?

got the same scam here in texas from this same guy  offering to buy  my home i have posted   have at least  a dozen emails from this guy   thought craigs list list  this crap is illegal   why then can't craigs list have him taken down  by fedral law  we al need to stick together  on this

I have a great idea, why do we all send mark a letter, address the envelope to him, and also from him.  Do not put a stamp and that way he will have a notice to go to the post office, stand in line to retrieve his letter and pay the postage.  I will send him not one but 5 letter in this way, stating, Scam Bag, don't email me again. Get a Job.  If we only a handful of us do this with the cost of only envelope and paper he should get the message.  can someone verify his mailing address? thanks

This guy has sent me at least 50 emails regarding different properties I have listed for sale in the Denver area.  I have repeatedly emailed him back to tell him to stop SPAMMING me.  The guy is definitely not legit.

Also...a reminder...DO NOT CLICK ON HIS LINK! Also, I put that email on my 'Blocked Senders' list!! Everyone needs to do that. First highlight and copy his email address, then in hotmail..you click on Options in the upper right hand corner and then click on More Options on the drop down menu and then click on Safe and Blocked Senders....click in the box of Blocked Senders and paste it in!

I decided to post this here about another spammer/scammer because if you guys got 'Mark' spam, then you probably got this one from a fake company name of "Anton, Biven and Davis". I put it in Google and the only thing that came up was Calculus textbooks. But the middle name is 'Bivens' with an 's'. I'm posting this here because I don't see anything else about them.... Has anyone gotten spam from them? It was 2 different emails I got about my property in Arizona. auow3443@aol.com and apqg8346@aol.com...... Two different messages though. Ridiculous because it's vacant land! And it's so sad that we all have to spend time fighting these crap spammers and having to post our stories! And of course there were links in both asking you to click on it, WHICH I DID NOT!

Hello to all the other unfortunate recipients of Marks mass spamming,
I too received junk from him about buying my property, which like a few others I've read about, I'm not selling anything!
I have a legitimate property for RENT on craigslist, along with many other websites and I received the following e-mail from him:

Like most of you, I don't click on untrusted websites or unknown links, so I never attempted this one.  My computer has protection on it against spyware and whatnot, but sometimes no amount of protection will protect our computers against the raging case of internet-herpes that Mark is probably offering along with the use of his website.

I received the same message from this guy Mark. This is my third message from him. I have property listed for sale on craigs list too. I did not reply to this. I live in Maryland. Im so glad I didnt respond.

these guys are very very scary,,i think they are a deed scam group,,they never respond,,they compile data,,or,,they will try and see how desperate u are,,

alot of supremisist in oregon,,and they may use counterfeit cash,,,beware do not sell to them under any cercumstance,..

chinese guys are out there too,,koreans have brought 6 million+ in almost perfect 20's and 100's,,,beware.

I have also been contacted in Michigan by mark same dude. We need to get rid of him once and for all some how any ideas ?

I am a Realtor in Ky and have properties listed on CraigsList too. I responded to the email and tried to ask him which property he wanted that I had 10 listed.. NO response.. just keep getting the same email over and over again..
