I recieved a text from jpeProperties  wanting to make a cash offer on propertie I posted on craigslist for a friend it came with the phone   number   954-691-3760 and the web address www.jpeProperties.com when you to to that link it pulls up alot of pages showing his site is a scam.I have reported his site and phone number to craigslist

Hey everybody  I'm here to tell you the   "REAL TRUTH"  about JPE Properties LLC  registered in the State of California.  


Perhaps, Mark you are right ......that you are legitimate company that is registered with BBB.  HOWEVER,  you are _NOT_ an accredited  company by any stretch of imagination.  In fact your company(s) does bombard people with text message,  emails,  and calls   even after they've asked  you to stop/do not call list/clicked unsubscribe (=subscribe)  to unwanted solitication.   Thus,  JPE Properties LLC  does indeed harass people and  MAY be consider a scam.

JPE Properties LLC has  an "F" rating,  as of  one month ago.  To anyone  who  sees  Jpeproperties.com should  be warned they  can be considered  any number of the following things:

scam ,  fraud  ,  harassment,   crooks,  scumbags, liars, used car salesman

It was a text.      why would people take valuible time and waste it ?

Really? You want to pay me cash for a property but didn't give the address?
I didn't take it any farther than deleting it. I have seen this a couple of other times in the last few years. They must be getting my phone number off of my craigslist property listings.

I too just recieved a txt message from jpeproperties and no email

Got a text message from someone using the email address GABE82@GMAIL.COM saying he agreed to the price of the truck we are trying to sell on craigslist and that they were in town today. and then refered us to a website
www.classifieds-local.com... when I tryed to contact them there is no phone number. it was a live chat box i think this is a scam and wanted to let everyone else know when i put gabe82@gmail.com in the search engine it brought me to this site.....

Did you find out how to get this co out of business.  I got 2 msgs from them today.  I'm listed on Craigs list.

He just hit me in Florida!! He needs to be taken off the computer and phone!!

I got the same text message this morning.  How stupid can they be?  They really think I would click on a link to their site when I have no knowledge of them?  I Googled their kyoproperties.com site and found this site.  Great job everybody!
PS: I'm a REALTOR in SC, with some properties for sale on CL. Guessing the scum bags must stay on CL looking for victims. Sad...

Understand, we are paying for these fake responses, the phone number and website references, links, and queeries boost their website's ranking in search engines, and they are violating spamming and Do-Not-Call laws, because nobody is reading your CL ad, but instead they are meerly harvesting your eMail or phone number from the ad using a web spider. These people need to be stopped.

I should mention that nobody is actually reading your ad or responding to it, he is using automated software to harvest phone numbers/email addresses and automatically send text messages.

I should also mention I don't have a boat for sale, but an antique outboard, but the software can't differentiate and just collects the phone numbers.

Me too! Dialed #, it"s a burner. Came in as 213-329-5974, same text. i traced the # to LA and I'm in NJ. DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY! tHEY COULD BE PHONEJACKERS.

Contact your cell phone provider. In most cases you can forward the email to your service provider by clicking forward on the text message and sending it to 7726 (SPAM). Try this...if it doesn't work then contact your provider.

I received 4 consecutive emails withthe the same message -

Hello i'm interested in your property and would like to make a cash offer. We are currently buying property like yours in your area. Please give us the details at http://www.ismProperties.com

We purchase properties in all 50 states , any condition , any status.

I had put several ads on Craigslist. So many scammers come from that site. I don't know how anyone gets any serious, legitimate business from them.

just got one of these txt. so glad I went online ot research it.. seems like hakers from Craigs list. I do have proeprty for sale..
