JPE properties is coincidently a real estate management/ownership company run out of Jacksonville Beach Florida.
It is owned by very wealthy man Joe Eckstein who coincidently buys houses! (Also owns apartment complexes.)  He has hired a known criminal  (with identity theft background)  to be his "secretary."  This secretary also was very "tech savvy" and knows how to hack computers, phones etc.   These are Sketchy people that launder and hide money from Irs, x-wife etc.  I have tried to report this company to FBI and the local jacksonville beach police but unfortunately Mr Eckstein has bragged to employees (who I was one) that he has Jax Beach Police on his payroll. (In back pocket)  Mr Eckstein has also hacked employees phones and computers. Someone needs to stop him from his illegal activity but unfortunately he is scary guy from very wealthy and powerful family.  I believe all these "scams" are his work and "Mark" is either one of his "stools" or is really Joe. "Mark" if you are real, tell us a good phone number and address to reach you and let us know why your company goes by JPE (Joseph Patrick Eckstein) instead of Mark or whatever your last name is supposed to be.  You may reach Joe Eckstein at 904-249-1003.  Please feel free to call him to complain if you were scammed.  His cell phone is 904-955-1441.  He is not a nice man.  When I complained that he cut employees salary after hearing him brag "he had more money than he could ever spend" he said "F-them, they are lucky to have a job.   Nice huh?

He is a phone hacker, computer hacker, money launderer, and may be in the mob.  I know this guy.  His real name is Joe Eckstein and his office is at 2120 1st street Jacksonville Beach.  Call him at 904-955-1441. Dirt bag of all dirtgbag and has bad temper.  go figure.
