Called a few minutes ago, I didn't (and never would) answer.  
It's a spoofed number folks.  No US exchange starts with a "0".
Nevertheless, this call will be reported to the FCC, so that maybe someone, somewhere will someday bust these a$$holes and be able to use my report (among others) to nail 'em - hard.

I just got this pone call a minute ago.  Said my computer was infected.  He is calling right now as I am typing.  I looked back in  my phone history and he has called me eight times today.  I think I will tell him I have reported him to the police.

He as called me 8 times today.  Last one was about 3 minutes ago.  He must be a very busy fella.  Anyway, if he calls back I'm going to tell him I reported him to the police and see if he still calls.

Just got same call and he said to me, "since you are the main user on your computer, there is a problem" As I usually do, I asked to be removed from their calling list and he hung up. Very thick accent also. I too have my phone registered on do not call list, but I still get them. I just ask them to remove my name from their list. Getting much better at discerning scammers!

just received same scam call from 2120774568. Said he is calling from IT 24 7 and there are some errors/message thrown by my computer and my computer is getting slow..i asked where did he get my number from...said its from public and he is to help me...refused and disconnected

Just got a call from this number.  Id said New York Call.  I never answer my phone unless it is someone I actually know.  No message was left.  

It just creeps me out that we get all these crazy calls.  

Second call from these people. Never answered. Their message sounded like water running and static.

People keep calling our house and hanging up and do this several times a day. Next time they are getting a harmonica high note in their earsdid

My husband has been recieving calls from this number at his shop almost twice a day but noone ever says anything!

They just called be at 11:25 am CST on 2/19/14. I just let it ring after 6 rings they hung up. I have a theory that if you don't answer after 6 ring they give up and then you don't come home to a bunch of voice mails on your answering machine

I got a call today from this # today. I bought a call blocker from Amazon for about $50. and will add this # to list. It holds over a thousand #s You plug your phone into it and it into wall jack,hit block and now there's one less pain in the [***] bothering me except ACIR who I already blocked 5 # and they probably more>

Male caller with very heavy accent / id  said from New York , said he was calling about my pc and at time I was on my computer, hung up on him ... ( this is not the first call).Received other calls  but from different phone #, 1 caller  stated he was  from MICROSOFT...!!

I just got a call from this guy. Same thing that others have posted.  Indian or Pakastani, etc. It's a call center with many people in the background. Very poor English. He went right into his " I represent Microsoft and I want to help you." I said "sure." -I think he sounded very happy when I said that.  Anyway, I acted like I was doing everything he wanted: 1. Boot up your computer. 2. Press the windows key that is between the Ctrl and Alt key on the lower left side of your keyboard. 3. He wanted me to go to the run option and type in a code. -I said, my computer is thinking. - I told him to be patient because I was running a trace on his call and I needed his address. He was like a robot and kept on asking me to make sure it was running on my pc.
I told him if he was going to con me, he should at least pretend to be engaged in what I was saying...jeesh, just pretend to be listening. He hung up.  (-God and his parent's must be very proud.)  - I hope this information helps.

I blocked my phone & called 212-077-4568 *** It's a DISCONNECTED # ***!!!

This is definitely a SCAM and these bottom feeders are "piggy-backing" off of a disconnected # so they can't be traced. I've noticed over the last few years that these SCAMMERS use disconnected #s very often . I also call the other # 800-935-0714 that you were given (after I blocked my phone, of course). The recording identifies it as Help Tech 24/7.

I suggest you upload a Call Blocker if the calls are coming in on your Cell phone and ZAP these callers!!!

The DO NOT CALL List only works on legit telemarketers...these SCUMBAGS are just that...SCUMBAGS! They  have figured out a way to piggy-back off of disconnected numbers so they can't be traced.

I got a call from this same number.  Gave me the whole spill like I was a dumb broad.  I fooled him, I am smarter than most think am I.  I gave him the runaround, how you got my number?, who is this?  what system?  what computer?  He wanted me to turn on my computer and do the steps he wanted me to do.  I told him to give me a number to call back and a name that I was going to eat supper.  He gave me 1-800-935-0714 Aaron Donley.  Well, I looked up those two numbers on internet then called and reported the incident to Dell.  Sure enough, a stupid scam.  Always look up numbers before trusting anyone.

Got another call from this "Windows" IT service...said I was having serious problems with my computer and it was in a crashing mode!!!! I hardly use my computer.....I use phone or tablet. Told them to stop calling because their number comes up unknown caller and if they were legitimate ug wouldn't. Call the number back...it is none working.
How can we shut them down?   Oh well....

Just received a call from this phone number...  let him talk only a few minutes before threatening him.  Who are these people????  Told me there was a problem with my computer...  oh yeah?   Just hooked up a new iMac last night you fool!~  

Do not know any one with that number.On do not call list.

These people are scam artist.  They've called me numerous time, telling me my computer is infected, and running slow.  I have to laugh at them.  I said "really your nothing but a  f***ing sand rat".   Told them I have their number and I'm reporting them to the FCC, FBI, CIA, the Attorney General of NY.  They run this scam operation out of NY.
