- NAI got the call from Clayton this morning at this number, he left a VM. I applied to a CSR position yesterday. Like everyone else, I'm glad I googled the number. rat-b*stards!!
- Caller: CSJ
- NewToNCI just got a call from them, no message - I'm glad I looked them up.
One word - Karma
I simply never pick up a phone number that I do not know; if it's a real job they do not mind you calling back. I've always done this -- saved myself a lot of stress.- Caller: ??
- Job hunterReceived a vmail from 213-325-3204 "Matt" left a message giving me an id# regarding my app to Alpine Access. I called and got a live person, gave them my id#, she said she needed to verify some information, when I asked what her name was she hung up. I called back and received "all circuits are busy". Thankfully found this site and called again just to see what would happened, got a recording with some lovely music. Sounds like a scam.
- cgWell... these people are offering me a position as Regional Manager for Starbuck's. Seems they got my info from CareerBuilder.com. They called, I did not answer. I called back and got someone to answer, which appears to be more than what some other people have been able to get. But, yeah... they kept asking me about sending info on enrolling into a school.
- mloYes I got this call too and I tried returning the call and it led me to "the human resources department" the hours of operation an other bull crap. I glad I saw this site, because I think its a scam and a bunch of [***]
- Mary SchraderI thought I was applying for a position w/ a company in Minnesota - to find out that is wasn't their website after all. It looked official. This is a HUGE scam. They are trying to gather personal information - do not give out Birthdays, SS Numbers or phone numbers. Again, I repeat, this is a scam. They too left a vm relating to the job I applied for. When I called the company to verify, they do not even have a position available.
- Farmer09| 1 replyThis company just called me about 5 minutes ago. I did not pick up either since I did not recognize the number. I also googled the number andam so glad I did, as I discovered this site and all the information listed above. If they do call back I will be sure to give them a piece of my mind. Thanks everyone for the postings and the heads-up!
- AdR replies to Farmer09This number called me this evening. I'm not sure where they got my information from and they didn't leave a voice mail. I'm glad I googled the number though!!!
- The InvestigatorI recieved a call from a josh on 11/20/2007 at around 8pm. This person stated that he was from National City Bank and that he pulled my resume offline. I saw the California # on the caller id and question him about it. Josh stated that he was from the corporate office in California inwhich during my investigation I found that there is no corporate office for National City Bank in California but, there is a bank called City National which have no affiliation with any banks in Michigan and the bank spokes person stated that they have never advertised in the state of Michigan. I tried calling this number and Josh made the mistake of answering but when he heard my voice and I began to ask him some questions he quickly hung up. I have since had some people do some research on this # and found that he could be calling from a cell# or every a personal pay phone. what he doesn't understand is that I am not going to rest until I locate this fool and turn him into the proper authorities. He just might have been involved in stealing some of the applicants information from Monster.com and other online Job site that post info for job hunters. Never give out your ss#, dob or any personal information over the phone or online unless you have done your research.
- Caller: Alias National City Bank

- Presh Bmore| 1 replySCAM ALERT!!!
I received an email regarding my resume online at monster.com. I was solicited for an Executive Assistant position w/Lock Heed Martin. I later received a call from 213-325-3204 which answered Human Resources and attempted to verify personal contact information. After verifying much to my regret my contact information. I was then asked about furthering my education and told that Kaplan or University of Phonenix would be calling me as well as the client services representative to arrange a time and date for an interview w/Lock Heed Martin. After hanging up and only minutes later I received a call from someone claiming to be from the Univ. of Phoenix regarding education opportunities. This is nothing more than solicitors obtaining personal information through mis-respentation! Be EXTREMELY careful giving out ANY information to anyone calling from this number. I don't want to see some else's time wasted or there personal information misused in any way! - ATMissed call showed on my phone-no message left
- SafeSailorI just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't know who it was. There was no voicemail left on my cell phone.
- Thomas Bubnis| 1 replySaid I applied for Yankee Kennel Club ??? When I started asking questions the caller hung up.
- Caller: Vera Resume
- CSI received a call on my cell phone, but when I answered the call, there was no response. I said "Hello" three times, waited, and hung up.
- jdYes, I did receive job description cover letter showing interest in my resume; however, for the basic information they verify for online postings, the company's direct HR would not outsource. They verify your contact information only. I believe what they are trying to gain in closing the call with them, and they did leave prior voice-mail about the position (and text me), is whether I would be interested in educational opportunities. The main interest was not about the position but was I interested in going back to college. When asking where the employer is located and to learn more, get a description - same answer - they only verify for the employers. My guess is they're trying to get college applicants; also, number is in California but lady said she is in Florida. The end.
- Caller: didn't mention
- JD replies to Presh BmoreInteresting -- I'm there with you and thought same thing with verifying contact info, and too many questions about educational interest. Just like you, they said client services would call from company for second stage in setting up interview, but now I will allow vmail to answer. Thanks! :)

- wJust received a call from these folks. They were replying to a job app that I saw and began to respond to on-line (Monster). As I went through the job app, I noticed it was a solicitation for a University. The call was about verifying my contact info and my interest in the job. I asked if they are the recruitment firm working for the employer but I got some song and dance about being just being verifiers of the info....what concerned me was that the caller said that I was being recorded. I said little except yes and no regarding the info I sent on line. THis is probably not a big deal but just be careful with any online applications! If it's not from the employer's site or direct with Monster, CarrerBuilder, etc., don't apply! Glad I didn't provide SS#. Beware!

- AnonymJust got a call from this number about a job that I had applied for online through careerbuilder.com. I got the follow up e-mail asking me if I wanted to be contacted about furthering education and I amd %100 sure I checked no. But they called anyways. I was at work and didn't pick up the phone and let it go to VM. Listening to the VM the person ( who spoke perfect english) stated his name first name clear as anything last name very hard to understand like they were mumbling but the rest of the message clear as day. Glad I looked this up. Call the number for fun, got a quick pickup from "the Human resources Department) Yet they never mentioned the name of the company in the message. Too many things seem to not line up here. I might have call and mess with them if I get bored.
