I may be a good candidate to join, received at least five calls after 9PM

If this number is a collection agency,then they screwed up when they called me at 9:35pm. The cut off time is 9:00. So I got their number in more ways than one.

calls all the time. never identifties themsleves.

Wanted me to leave a messge for my next door neighbor, I refused and requested that she not call my number again

Keeps calling for someone that works for the company, but not our office. I repeatedly tell them this and they refuse to listen. They have been told by the everyone in the office, including the company president to not call this number, the person they are trying to reach is not available here. Is there any action we can take to stop these calls? The caller's name is Art DeMarko.  He is rude and insists that we are lying.

I just got a call from these [***] on a sunday at 10:00 to day so if you do a lawsuit with them i'm game....

I've received several calls at my office from Mr. Goings, but they only leave a name and the number 800-828-1110 with an extension of 1877 to call back, but they don't specify what they are calling about.

Calling but not leaving messages

I received a call from a "Ms. Walker" from NCB Mgmt. She said she was looking for my Grandmother. I told her that I help manage my grandmothers accounts, and asked her what this call was pertaining to, she would not say, only that it was a private and an urgent matter. Then she said to me..."wait a minute, you're her granddaughter so & so?" I said "yes", then she said to me, "well we were told that this account was opened by you and your grandmother doesn't know anything about it..." She accused me of opening a fraudulent account in my grandmother's name. I denied this accusation numerous times, but she kept cutting me off then hung up on me.

They kept calling my house and kept asking for Joseph.
We told them many times that we do not know who is Joseph and asked them to stop calling our number. However, it does not work. I hope that Homeland Security and Federal Government can do something to help them to search for Joseph or stop them from calling our number. Their behavior is not American. They are trying to terrorize our peaceful lives. They must be up to something. Their identity is unknown risky to America as a whole because they try to recruit Joseph. NCB???

A John Synder from NCB Management Services, Inc. has been calling, leaving messages on my answering machine but I have been ignoring him. Then my neighbor told me he called her and asked her to deliver a message to me to call him back. My neighbor told him to get lost and hung up on him. John Synder and NCB Management Services, Inc. are going to be held accountable and suffer the consequences for their bad behavior, that's a promise.

This collection agency violated the FDCPA laws & the only way to help is to report them they have accts from various companies& they use AccuraNT& get info i.e. family, neighbors, job etc.& they won't stop I have worked for a collection agency. You can't be put on a do not call list it's not telemarketing. They have auto dialers& they do phone blasting& they put any number you may have had or that may have contact with you in a dialer& it sends out messages first then it will put the call into the agents cue. Don't be frightened by them they can't make you pay a dime. Worst mistake for you to do is get on a auto plan over the phone its not going to change anything in the pc it will show as open active acct with pymnt plan. Don't give in.

The company is National Creditors Bureau they are located in PA but call different states they not only call from this number they call private and call from 1-215-244-4200 they have big time violations the problem is that the average person doesn't know the laws and gets scared and gives in don't do it. Look up FDCPA.. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They can not threaten use abusive language there are very strict laws by all means the more it's reported to the Federal Trade Commission they will have to pay you.

This company calls me on a regular basis, asking questions about my husband. I shouldnt be receiving anything about his credit stuff...The keep telling me I have to pay HIS debt. I havent seen my husband in 7 months! Im not paying it. they call dont leave messages and when I call back I cant even understand them there is so much background noise. ughh....

called my cell phone  and said this is school calling, then they said they will call my work..........???

They call often and I am not home most of the time about a relative's debt. I finally had to connect my fax machine to this number so that they can't leave any messages and will get an annoying fax signal every time they call.

They've repeatedly called my house for months morning, noon and night. I don't answer phone when I don't recognize the number. Yesterday this company called me on a job that I've only had for 4 days. I've been laid off since Jan. The person , Kelly Wagner, 1 800 828-1110 ext 1372 went thru her spill regarding collecting a debt and then begin to question whether my mortgage was current am I paying my other bills, to name a few. I told her I started work there on Oct 31 ,2009 and she said I was lying and and tried to force me to committing to pay what I don't have. I called her back told her never to call my job again, she tried to the situation on me. She unprofessional, rude,obnoxious and totally out of order. I want the calls to stop at my home also, I don't have the money. There's a lot more to this, she admitted to calling my present job before I started working there. i asked the HR manager and she said before I started there several calls made there asking for me. I'm also reporting her to the FTC. I've seen this 215 244-4200 on my phone ID several times. if there's something you can do please do. I'm very upset b/c others were in the office when this transpired, one was the SGM. I'm sitting here hoping that I still have a job.

A man named John Kennedy has been calling me never leaving the company name just his name and saying it is urgent that he speak with me..He is lucky I haven't because he left a message on my 86 year old grandmothers answering machine telling her it was urgent that he speak with me..Which in turn really stressed her out. I say we take them down...I'm in if there is a suit filed..However, he did lie about his location..He said he was from Jacksonville, FL., but he calls me from a PA number...Please...

I'm am in if you start a civil suit..They do not have the right to harrass people like that..He called my 86 year old grandmother who lives in another state and left her a message that it was important that he reach me..That really worried her and at her age she does not need that..

just happened here. filed a complaint with the attorney general
