Whats the name of your second rate company?  You are just as bad as KC.  No one will want to do business with you.  Tell us upset, and start looking for a job at Mcdonalds.

liens?  Who owes you the money?  Not the homeowner.  You will lose everything if it goes to court.  File suit aginst Kitchen Carolina, don't punish the home owner more.  They already have to live with the second rate work you performed.

Did you do acceptiable work?  Good luck with your lein.  I have a good lawyer that knows the law better than some uneduicated laborer.  You got screwed like the rest of us go after the one that screwed you.  Don't add to other peoples problems.  Hope you are one of the guys that made a mess here because I will have you paying a real contractor to fix it.

the business had potential. the installers all sucked except for tom-the-tiler. at first visit they'd whine about the pay, by the 2nd or 3rd visit the installer would be happier. Its called a "start up". you dont get paid well in the beginning. If you all had one iota of delivering a quality job and making the company a success, you would have tried to do better work. But as typical of our new culture, everyone is a glorified something and underpaid. As a customer the work that I saw done was laughable. I have more tools and better skills as a homeowner. i really suspect some of you purposely left jobs crappy to get a second call to fix it. I just cant explain how obvious the mistakes were that were made. Blame yourselves for being slack and wanting $200K salaries that you dont deserve. Rob tried to start a business and you all too advantage of him.

I don't think most of you had any good experience and were the demise of the company. His costs were over run by damaged parts, that he had the good faith to replace.I wouldnt hire most of you to build a dog house.

Actually my next step is calling in the State AG. All the "contact people" have disappeared, their emails are dead, their phones are just answering services. I cannot imagine making an unauthorized charge to a credit account in my name is legal.
